+B &B owner Francesca was very welcoming and helpful. We were able to communicate well with a mixture of Italian, English and French. Apartment, accessible by elevator, is located in a nice area with sea view from street and close to funicular and metro. Interesting old apartment with lots of art and curiosities. Generous breakfast and special snacks. Gluten-free options were available on request. Appreciated greatly her assistance with taxis on arrival and departure, and her help with planning our afternoon itinerary and finding a gluten-free pizzeria for dinner. We had a very pleasant overnight stay. Only quibble might be the hard mattress. As we were only guests, we fortunately had the shared bathroom to ourselves. Would stay here again.
