+I liked all the hospitality, staff working, location. I was allowed to leave my belongings till the late evening for free.

“Very bad quality overall would not recommend this place to anyone.”

−Everything 1. Th windows was jammed so we couldn’t open it for fresh air. 2. The staff lied because they didn’t wanna deal with us i don’t know. 3. I ordered a twin room but instead got 2 bunk beds the size of a child. I had to sleep at the top bunk when I don’t like to sleep at the top but I had no choice because the bottom had no space. 4. There was only bed sheets on the bottom beds not the top beds as well we had to remove them and put it in the top bed it was stressful 5. The bathroom door was jammed we had to carry the door to close it and it wouldn’t even close fully which was annoying. 6. The bathroom lights was so bad it wasn’t turning on after trying so many times and the reception said it was open but there was no colleagues in it. 7. When we were leaving the hotel and needed our deposit back, the reception was supposed to open at 10am but it was still close so we called the house-in manager and she wanted us to wait till 10:30 for the manager while she’s in the room upstairs.

“Perfect for coming home after long day of work and shower sleep and rest.”
+Excellent value for 2, nice neighborhood with plenty cool places to eat and drink - outside of the inner city noise. Good tram service meant easy reach to the CBD. The en-suite shower and toilet was clean and functional, real bonus.
−The set up of desk and light were good for working - but one of the plug that run the heater and one desk was not working. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not seem to be working. The shower head flew off and sprayed around when first turned on, but able to fix it by 2nd time. The staff hours are short - and unless you book them for specific time, they may be hard to find. There is a phone number to call, however.

“Great Stay”
+We had a great stay. Room and toilets were clean, staff were nice and polite. It was near the free tram zone.

“Close to CBD and that’s it”
+Location, location, location. Only thing really going for this place.
−Quite dirty all around. Dirty and sticky kitchen, hair in bathroom, trash behind bed etc. Really hard to contact any staff. We had written our estimated (late) arrival through the booking chat but got no response. When we arrived after 24h of plane travel there was no staff at the reception and no envelope prepared either. Luckily we got ahold of them through the phone and got to check in. Same story with checking out. We wanted to get our deposit (100AU$) back the same day but once again nobody at reception at 10am (check out time). This time they appeared 15min late after calling but not getting through. If you can, spend some extra money to live close to the center but with a better standard. We would do so in the future.

+Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, το μπάνιο επίσης πολύ καθαρό. Η δε τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, πολύ κεντρική.
−Το πρόβλημα ήταν ότι από την πρώτη μέρα ενημέρωσα πως έπεσαν οι ξύλινες τάβλες στο κρεβάτι και απάντηση για αυτό είχα την τρίτη μέρα! Έτσι κοιμήθηκα 3 βράδια με το στρώμα στο πάτωμα! Ισχυρίστηκαν ότι ήταν άρρωστη η υπεύθυνη και για αυτό άργησαν να μου απαντήσουν. Όμως, πιστεύω πώς ένα ξενοδοχείο πρέπει να έχει αντικαταστάτη όταν αρρωσταίνει κάποιος υπάλληλος. Έτσι δεν είναι; Τελικά όμως φέρθηκαν σωστά και ως σωστοι επαγγελματίες, χρεώνοντας μου από τα τρία βράδια που έμεινα μόνο το ένα.

“Carric house”
+L'emplacement proche du tram et du marché
−Nous sommes arrivés a 20h30 sans aucune consigne concernant la réception de nos clefs. Aucun numéro de téléphone indiqué sur la réception n'a répondu. 30 minutes à attendre sans réponse de personne avant qu'une dame arrive et téléphone à quelqu'un pour nous donner les clefs. Accueil 0. Ensuite la chambre, la letterie est plus que usées, des gros trous dans le matelas et la draps étaient tâchés. Pas de papier toilette dans la salle de bain ... Le lendemain on m'a fait payer 100 dollars de caution pour les clefs en me précisant que j'aurai droit que à 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour mon séjour et pas 1 de plus. Pas d'excuses, rien pour le hic de l'arrivée La cuisine commune : les casseroles et poêle inutilisable tellement c'est salle et encrassé. J'en ai fait des hostels mais la c'est le top du pire sur mes 6 derniers mois ! Je ne recommande absolument pas cette adresse.
