“Large comfy room in an excellent location”
+This was a last minute booking. The location of the hotel is brillient, just a short walk away from the majot attracions of malaga. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom. Both guys who manned reception were very friendly and efficient. Would book again.

“Don’t be fooled by the grand name and location. This is a bit tired and soulless.”
+Great location, although Uber dropped us outside the pedestrian area, other taxis seem to get through. Staff were friendly and helpful.
−Our room smelled weird, think it was camphor, suspected chemical treatment and asked for a room change, which was arranged. But heard comments at reception about a room maybe having been treated. Second room ok but shower head wouldn’t stay in place, aircon just seemed to blow cold. Breakfast was a sad affair in a windowless back room.

+Ruhiges Zimmer in zentraler Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Parken direkt gegenüber in der hoteleignen Garage. Sehr nettes Personal. Alles war perfekt!

“Un hotel affidabile in una città da gustare dal mattino fino a notte.”
+L'Hotel è in pieno centro, letteralmente a due minuti a piedi Alcazaba, Cattedrale e vie della movida. Ci ha accolto un ragazzo gentilissimo che parlava anche italiano. La camera, al quarto piano servita da ascensore, era grande, silenziosa, e con letti comodissimi. Nel bagno cabina doccia e bidet, tutto pulito.
−La colazione continentale, dolce e salato, potrebbe essere migliorata. Anche così, però, è discreta.

−Très mauvaise expérience ! J’ai dû attendre jusqu’à 15 h pour obtenir ma chambre, qui ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos présentées sur le site. La chambre était beaucoup trop petite par rapport à ce qui était annoncé. J’ai donc été obligée de changer pour une chambre double plus grande et de payer un supplément. J’ai également dû prolonger mon séjour de deux jours, car c’était la Feria et tous les hôtels étaient complets. Les photos sont trompeuses et ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité. Mais le plus scandaleux reste le paiement : j’ai réglé la totalité de mon séjour directement à l’hôtel le 18 août 2026, et pourtant, le 20 octobre 2026, la même somme a été prélevée une seconde fois sur mon compte ! Comment est-il possible de prélever deux fois le même montant alors que le séjour a déjà été payé ? C’est inadmissible et cela ressemble à une véritable arnaque. Je demande le remboursement immédiat de ce double prélèvement. Entre l’attente interminable, une chambre non conforme aux photos, les frais supplémentaires imprévus et ce double prélèvement injustifié, cette expérience a été extrêmement décevante.
