+Staff were lovely, helpful and accommodating! Classic backpacker vibe with good facilities (kitchen, bathrooms etc.). An easy walk to the centre of Cairns, without the noise of the central part.

+Well located, spacious property. AC in the room worked great. Clean bathrooms.
−Check in after 3pm is "after hours" and it's not intuitive where you go based on the instructions

“Great stay at Caravella”
+The staff were very kind! And the rooms were amazing, we had a fridge and airconditioning as well. And they had cute paintings on the walls as well, it felt very homey. The bathrooms were good as well, you have shared ones but also ones where there is separate men’s and women’s bathroom. And there was a pool!
