“The perfect space for a few days away in Napoli.”
+The room was perfect for our stay- it was clean, well decorated and spacious. Marina the host was brilliant, she was really helpful the whole stay. She provided recommendations of places to eat locally and also some light snacks in our room and fridge. This personalised touches were greatly appreciated and made our stay here stand out in comparison to other B&Bs we have stayed in. Going down for breakfast in the cafe was easy and the coffee and croissants were delicious! The location is great, a short walk from the station and centrally located so we were able to walk to all the main attractions and to the harbour to catch a ferry.

+Marina was lovely. She waited for us and showed us into the property. We were able to check in early. Her brother Sergio was wonderful. He drove us around to the places we wanted to go and booked us a table at an amazing vegetarian restaurant. No words can explain their exceptional service.

“Exceptionally clean with a fabulous host!”
+We had a wonderful stay at Capuana 60! Our host, Mariana, was amazingly helpful, and the facilities were exceptionally clean and very true to the pictures( if not, better!) Our unit had AC which was especially wonderful with the warm weather while we were there, as well as a beautiful balcony to have breakfast on
−It's not super close to many of Naple's major historical sites or the coastline, however, metro line 1 is only an 8 minute walk away and was very easy to use and will take you almost everywhere you will want to go, so it wasn't a problem in the slightest.

“We enjoyed our stay and the owners were great people.”
+Marina greeted us on our arrival and explained everything concerning the apartment. It was expertly designed and furnished. The bathroom was beautiful with marble slab walls floor to ceiling and one was a gorgeous example resembling a tree branch. The property was impeccably clean. The restaurant and shops around the corner were convenient and friendly. The restaurant served the best seafood at reasonable prices. She set us up with Sergio who served as our personal guide to Pompeii, a concert in Sorrento, and a great tour along the Amalfi Coast.
−It was located in the old section of Napoli and the streets and sidewalks were poorly cleaned. However, we always felt safe.

“Comfortable Stay with Exceptionally Kind Hosts”
+My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a really lovely experience. The room was pretty, spacious, clean, and comfortable - a nice place to come back to after a day of exploring! Marina was such a welcoming host - incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and she sent us plenty of helpful links and recommendations for places to see and eat in the city. We also had an amazing day touring the Amalfi Coast with Sergio, Marina’s brother, he drove us along the most beautiful coastal roads, stopping at several scenic lookout points where we could take incredible photos. We spent around two hours each in Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello, as well as a lovely stop overlooking Sorrento. Sergio was friendly, easy to chat with, and very knowledgeable - he recommended what to see and do in each town, pointed out landmarks along the way, and shared the names of the surrounding islands as we passed them. It was a relaxed, comfortable day from start to finish. Highly recommend booking a tour with Sergio if you are staying here! Overall, we’d definitely recommend staying here - it’s close to the train station (perfect for visiting Pompeii or Herculaneum), within walking distance of the
−This isn't a reflection on the hosts, but the area can feel a little rough and there was some noise from outside and from the neighbours above. However, earplugs were provided, and once inside the room it felt peaceful and relaxing again. Regardless of this, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated Marina and Sergio's warmth and hospitality.

+The Host (Marina) was so very pleasant and welcoming. She gave us great advice about Naples as a city, and also our surroundings. The room was well equipped, comfortable and ultra clean. Would definitely stay with Marina again next time we are in Naples. Absolutely brilliant..!

+O B&B é muito bonito e bem confortável. Banheiro lindo.Tem tudo o que é preciso, todos os detalhes. Extremamente limpo! Marina e Francesco são muito gentis e nos ajudaram em tudo o que precisamos. Fizeram tudo o que puderam para nos ajudar. Me senti em casa. Recomendo muito! Vou voltar lá em breve.

“Balade à Naples”
+Marina est une hote très à l'écoute et adorable bienveillante Sergio est un guide chevronné et agréable nous étions très bien installés et un endroit très propre l'endroit est très central
−Nous sommes un peu déçus du bruit entre les chambres car les gens ne respectent pas les heures de silence la nuit le quartier pas très touristique mais proches de tout le bar pour prendre le petit-déjeuner très irrespectueux je pense agacer du touriste nous avons pris un seul petit déjeuner et le reste du temps somme parti le prendre ailleurs dommage je pense qu'un petit déjeuner en chambre serait plus gagnant-gagnant pour Marina le café en bas de l'immeuble aucun intérêt dans ces conditions car le but est de se relaxer et non d'être contrarié!
