+location is good, next to the bikini beach.
−the communication is horibal, i text them in chat box in booking and via whatsapp by the number they left in booking. noone replied, and when i got to the island, of course no buggy pick up. then i had to ask a local to call them for picking up. luckily its a small island people knew eachother.

“Just the perfect location to stay in Mathivieri”
+Location is perfect. 20mt from the bikini beach. Staff is very gentle and smart. They helped us in anything we asked for.

“Be careful: hotel may oversell rooms and place you in a different property”
+We had fully paid for a 4-night stay at the Captal Beach Villa. However at the time of our stay 2-6 April 2025, the Captal Beach Villa was actually still being developed and rooms were being sold for the Captal Beach Villa when in fact no rooms were available there. We were instead placed at a different nearby (nameless) property that was 3 minutes walk away - this nameless property was also under construction with only 2 rooms ready and nothing else on site - we were placed in one of these two rooms. As Mathiveri island where these properties are located is small with limited accomodation options on short notice, we decided to accept this accomodation for the purpose of not disrupting our travel and only lodged a formal complaint after. To be very objective, the room at the different property we were placed at was not bad - it was a newly built, clean room with hot water in the shower, a kettle, mini-fridge, hair dryer, air-conditioning, lights etc. Breakfast was also provided on the first day at the main hotel (Captal Island Villa) and on our subsequent 3 days at a newly constructed pavilion where guests from different properties on the island came for breakfast. “Captal Beach Villa was awesome! The staff were even better!”
+The staff were amazing. So kind and helpful from the very first emails explaining how the arrival process. Then the sweet and kind Srushti met us as the pier. She helpfully explained all the things we needed to know about the island, including a few safety tips about the currents. We were much more in the know that other tourists on the island. Srushti was very helpful with any question or request, or even clarifications about cultural customs in the area. The island was delightful. The people are charming. This is the place you want to go!
−I didn't like the fact that our vacation came to an end and we had to go home. This place was amazing. The staff were amazing. The facilities were terrific and very cost effective.

“Soggiorno molto bello. Spiagge fantastiche. Da ripetere.”
+La struttura era nella posizione migliore dell’isola, dietro alla bikini beach e a due passi dalla meravigliosa isola di sabbia di fianco a Mathiveri. Le persone che ci hanno accolti nella struttura molto accoglienti, ci hanno organizzato le gite in barca nei dintorni, hanno organizzato il trasbordo dei bagagli dal porta alla struttura e viceversa, ci hanno prenotato la barca a/r dall’aeroporto. Il ristorante di fronte dove facevamo colazione e anche pranzo e a volte cena era molto accogliente e si mangiava bene.
−La struttura era semplice, la pulizia non proprio il punto di forza. Ma ci si rende conto che per gli standard generali delle isole maldiviane abitate, era comunque una situazione molto ma molto buona.

+Osebje je bilo zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo. Zajtrk je bil zelo okusen in obilen. Lokacija čudovita, ob palminem gozdu in na krasni peščeni plaži. Ob prihodu in odhodu so poskrbeli za naše kovčke, kar nam je olajšalo pot. Dobili smo popust za izlet.
−V sobi je stranišče prvi dan smrdelo. Zvečer se je slišal hrup nekega nedefiniranega stroja, ki pa se je po dveh urah nehal.

“Když vypustím ty snídaně, tak vše v pořádku”

−Snídaně 🤮 V horku, žádná zelenina, žádné ovoce, doslova “kejdy”. Už ten pohled na to Vám zkazí ráno, ale někdo to má třeba rád.

+L’emplacement est idéal. La chambre est grande et spacieuse, avec un petit frigo. Fontaine a eau disponible dans le hall d’entrée. Le restaurant en face est très bien.
−L’accueil est à revoir. Un peu l’impression de déranger à plusieurs reprises.
