“Windy but homely”
+The location was good. Unfortunately we were using the caravan for a place to stay whilst working locally and didn't get the chance to see any of the surrounding area. What we did see and the site it was on, I would be more than happy to return in the future , just maybe in summer months ( not October during a storm) other than that the caravan was well presented and homely and very kind of the host to leave milk, snack and a bottle of bubbles ( unfortunately due to the work was unable to enjoy) but the thought was lovely and I'm sure other will appreciate it.

“This being our first ever stay in a mobile home, it exceeded our expectations at excellent value.”
+The seaside themed mobile home was a lot more spacious than expected, very well equipped and a "welcome box" was much appreciated. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable and "homely" self catering holiday. A small issue with the gas central heating (operator error?) was quickly rectified by Adam. The lovely weather meant we didn't need to use the heating very much but it was very efficient and warmed up quickly. The site was very well looked after and quite a bit of privacy was enjoyed due to the thoughtful layout of adjacent 'vans. It was also out of season so really peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect for access to the stunning coastal walks and the Berry Head NNR from which we watched dolphins and a host of seabirds. It was only a mile into Brixham town but a bit testing on the legs as it was all down hill going and uphill on the way back! Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful few days.
−It didn't seem as if the site was geared up for any recycling so we took our glass, plastic and cardboard home with us. We may have missed something? Looking for our accommodation on arrival, the site signage was lacking in directions to our particular plot and it was quite a while before we found it.

“Always a nice welcome pack.”
+There were some nice touches with the welcome gifts. Stayed here last year so we knew what to expect. Unfortunately the new clubhouse and pool still hasn't been completed but we were told about that at the time of booking.
−No hot water when we arrived but sorted by the next day and Adam kept me informed with updates.

“Whilst the location is lovely the condition of the caravan totally ruined our stay.”
+The location is excellent being near to Berry Head and South West Coast path. The site is clean and well kept.
−We were disappointed to find that there was a musty/damp smell on entering the caravan which persisted with the windows open, especially in the lounge and main bedroom. There was visible mould throughout including black mould spots on walls and on windows frames. This ruined our stay, resulted in us leaving early and needs addressing urgently.

+This was a lovely, cosy caravan on a beautiful and quiet site. Perfect for me and my mum.
−Lovely touches and there was milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and even a bottle of Prosecco! It was great for walking along the coast path to Berry Head and in the other direction you could easily get to Sf Nary’s Bay.

“Amazing.”
+Very clean, with a lot of room for 5 people. It had a lot of details like extra blankets, board games, DVDs.It is based in a very beautiful location.
−The only thing I missed was the socket for the shaver but this is minor

“Fabulous stay”
