“Nice, but a little overpriced!”
+Lovely pool, friendly staff.
−Incorrectly charged for 3 nights, when we only stayed for 2. Refused a refund!! Cold showers with little to no pressure. Card machine not working. And we didn’t have enough cash to pay for our room & food etc.. (it clearly states online they accept credit card and we had confirmed prior to our arrival). We were then rudely woken up by 4 ppl banging on our door at 10pm demanding we pay our bill before departing. Very poor customer service. There is a young lemur that hangs out up on the beams in the restaurant. One night he urinated on my friend’s meal, and we were still expected to pay full price with no replacement meal. If you are planning on staying here, bring enough cash to cover everything, and check your bill thoroughly before paying.
