“Good choice for a short stay in Brussels”
+Only a 5 minute walk away from Brussels Midi. Communication with host was fast and clear.
−The surrounding area is not very clean, but this is for sure not the hosts fault.

“Good if you need to be close to the train station”
+The fan was super silent. I liked having my own kitchenette and bathroom. It's very close to the train station

−Area where the apartment was did not feel safe. I would not recommend to anyone especially to alone female travellers. Corridor to apartment was super dirty and I did not feel welcomed in.

+The apartment has a great location, very close to the city centre and extremely well connected by metro, buses and public transport. The place was clean and tidy, and the host was available throughout our stay and replied to messages quickly, which we appreciated. We had an issue with hot water one day, but maintenance arrived promptly and resolved it quickly.
−Surrounding area did not feel particularly safe, especially during the evening. While this is obviously outside of the host’s control, solo travellers, particularly women, may want to consider this when choosing accommodation. The street itself was also quite dirty and had a noticeable amount of rubbish, which affected the overall impression of the location. Additionally, regulating the water temperature in the apartment was somewhat difficult and took time to adjust properly. Adding shelves in the shower for toiletries would also be a useful improvement.

+It was conveniently located
−The room was in a building among other rooms where tenants were living and the were not very neighbour friendly. There was no privacy at all. People would start talking loudly early in the morning and the same could go on till midnight. The shower was not good at all. The room itself was nicely maintained.

−L’emplacement était très compliqué qui craint. Nous sommes arrivés dans le bâtiment une odeur horrible qui nous a pris tout le long pendant notre séjour de quatre jours. Arrivée dans l’appartement ce qu’on envoie en photo et la réalité au niveau espace n’est pas la même dans l’annonce, c’était notifié qu’il y avait une table à manger, on n’avait pas de table à manger un simple bureau donc compliqué de déplacer toutes les affaires pour y manger, donc nous avons dû manger sur le lit lavabo trop petit au niveau hygiène dans la salle de bain, très moyen pour pour aller aux toilettes, très compliqué, très serré les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas la télécommande pour le Ventilo ne fonctionnait pas évier de la cuisine salle et le lit, catastrophe on avait l’impression de dormir sur les lattes et nous avons dû relaver la vaisselle car l’odeur était particulier

“Convient pour un weekend”
+Petit studio avec une cuisine et une salle de bain privées. L'arrivée est autonome avec une boîte à clés. L'hôte a été réactif quand nous l'avons appelé. Convient pour un court séjour et proche de la gare et des transports en commun.
−Le ménage n'avait pas été fait lorsqu'on est arrivé, mais en appelant l'hôte nous avons pu récupérer notre logement dans la soirée. Le logement est humide, nous avons trouvé des insectes. Le quartier n'est pas incroyable mais pas de problème de sécurité.
