“An incredible value hotel with great people”
+Front Desk staff was amazing especially the girl that checked us in. She asked me multiple times if we were all ok. I really liked that
−If there was any critique at all, it's not really the hotel itself. The area of the hotel is a bit shady. A number of homeless and drug addicted people near by. We didn't put ourselves in a bad situation but it's the kinda thing I didn't like having to explain to my young children. Where we live, you don't see anything like it

“Trash on the 4th floor that front desk didn't move!!!”
+The top floor was amazing the view was awesome.
−There was a bag of trash on the 4th floor as you come off the elevator. We let the front desk know when we checked in.The trash was still there the next morning. On our way out we let the front desk know again about the smell of the trash. When we returned the trash was moved but you could still smell it. No one wants to stay anywhere there is a smell of trash.

+I liked about my stay was the comfortable bed, the clean and spacious room, the quiet atmosphere, the friendly and welcoming staff, and the free parking. I also liked that everything was nearby, which made it very convenient. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay. I had a wonderful stay. A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk, I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly welcoming and had such a warm, friendly smile. She truly set a positive tone for my entire visit. Thank you
−The deadbolt/locking mechanism on my room door didn't seem to be working from the inside, which made me feel a bit uneasy. I ended up placing a chair in front of the door for peace of mind. I’m sure it’s an easy fix, but I wanted to mention it so future guests can feel fully secure. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would consider returning!

“great value, rooftop bar, full kitchen, and pool and hot tub.”
+Inexpensive, close to a lot of driveable areas downtown, kitchen and full fridge was a bonus for the price o the stay; and the rooftop bar (though we didn;t get there) was also a bonus.
