“Comfy + a Kitchen!”
+It was clean and quiet and had fully stocked kitchen supplies (not food product except coffee). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy.

−Did not give me the 3 bed hotel that I paid for and reserved. Cloudy water and no bed sheets for the kids

“Overall Very Nice Hotel”
+I like the staff. The room and the comfort of the room. The coffee was fantastic.
−The wifi didn't work in our room 502

“GREAT value for price, just need better WiFi.”
+I liked the staff and the kitchen in the room. They were all very kind, and being able to prep food for our days in the kitchen was great. Also, the A/C worked really well!! And good water pressure.
−We stayed in room 502, and the WiFi barely connected. So I had to go to the lobby when needing to use the WiFi. Probably because the room is in the corner of the hotel, but yeah bad WiFi connection. And the remote didn’t work to Chanel changes, just the tv volume.

“Loved seeing the firework from my bed!!”
+Very close to everything you need
−Double parking slots overnight if you don’t have enough spaces why do you charge $20.00

“I would book again, very nice property.”
+The room was nice, efficient, and clean. The lobby was welcoming and customer service was great. The parking garage was small, but we were able to find a space. The only thing was because there’s a small kitchenette in the rooms walking down the hall you can smell food cooking, which could be good or bad! 😂
−I didn’t have any serious issues with the property. For two people the room was great for a few days. However the queen size bed was on the smaller size. The drain in the tub was slow. But not enough to cause too much of a delay for the next person needing a shower. I would book this hotel again!

“Very disappointing.”
+We actually love the clean laundry room, but only 3 of 6 dryers work, & 2 of the washers weren’t working either. And we actually commend the customer service, always going above & beyond to accommodate your guests, until our last stay.
−Well, we were in a handicap room, & ALL of the other ones we’ve previously stayed in had a recliner, which is perfect, since my disability that’s all I can sleep in, but this last room did NOT have one, or a shower chair, & when we requested one, the front desk told us we’d have to wait until the next morning when Housekeeping arrived, any time before when we needed one the front desk always located one & brought it up to us personally, so when I expressed this to the front desk, they told me that they’re NOT allowed to do that, so I just have to wait. This being the first time that we were disregarded this way, really upset me, we’ve always raved about how accommodating CandleWood Suites have always been, until now, also, it was the smallest room we’ve ever seen there too. So, I spent the entire night in my wheelchair awaiting Housekeeping to arrive & bring us a shower chair, & after they brought it we had less than 40mins before checkout, & when we requested a late one, we were told the max we could get is 30mins, we understand if it was fully booked or something, but being disabled had hoped for maybe an exception, but we also don’t want to change our whole opinion of this place
