“Super hotel in a great Central area for Osaka with luxuirous facilities.”
+The property is brilliant, the facilities theoughout are great, the Onsen is fantastic, the view of the outdoor onsen is stunning and overlooks all Osaka, the views from your room are very good overlooking the city, highly recommend
−Small issue, the Sauna in the Spa (Men) is too hot, i like it hot but i could only last 1 minute in there before i had to leave and i noticed that the spa was busy but nobody was in the Sauna and i believe that is why, someone needs to check it as maybe the thermostat has broken.

“The Panoramic views of Osaka are not to be missed”
+Candeo is an elegant comfortable hotel. The highlight is obviously the baths on the 31st floor with stunning panoramic views of Osaka. The opening hours are also designed for the baths to be enjoyed throughout the night which is useful when you have late returns from travel. I also enjoyed the hotel cafe and was pleased with the unlimited tea refill option. Rooms feel chic and stylish with great views even from the lowest levels. There is no room service at Candeo, but if you’re staying at the tower, there is a convenience store around the corner of the building from which you can buy drinks and snacks easily.
−In my opinion, the sauna is too hot, one night I nearly burned the soles of my feet trying to walk out of the room. I have done many saunas in Japan and genuinely feel Candeo’s was too hot to genuinely enjoy. Likewise the baths felt only luke-warm, but were still nice. Oddly, the dry cleaning service is not available for two days in the week, meaning if you check in on the day prior to the closing period, you would have to wait three days for dry cleaning. In a major hotel of this quality, I found that disappointing.
