“Best stay in Namibia!”
+This was our favourite stay in our entire 3 week trip through Namibia (family with kids 12 and 14). The safari tents were gorgeous, amazing views over the river with hippos and crocs, staff were without exception friendly, welcoming and fun. The food was outstanding. We loved the extra touches like popcorn around the campfire before dinner. This was not our cheapest stay but it offered excellent value. We took a guided boat tour which was brilliant, and we had booked a game drive but were advised that it would be just as good to self drive thus saving us significantly. Guest experience and customer service outweighs money making. Thank you so so much.

“Beautiful, peaceful lodge with the most divine staff and food!”
+Stunning lodge nestled along the banks of the river. Couldn’t rave more about the lovely, friendly staff, DELICIOUS food, comfy beds and chalets and of course our favourite Yoda the cat 🫶🤩 loved hearing the sounds of hippos throughout the night (right outside your chalet)

“Not worth the money very over priced.”

“It is a camp and feels like camping. Overpriced for what you get.”
+The island villas has a beautiful view of the river where hippos play around close by.
−It’s a long drive to get there and it’s positioned way off the beaten track. The food was really good but they don’t cater for vegetarians or no pork options when it comes to breakfast. There is NO WiFi and NO hot water.

+Sehr hübsch gelegene Lodge. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Essen war sehr fein. Der Gamedrive hat sehr gefallen.

+Wir waren zum dritten Mal dort und finden die ganze Anlage sehr schön, das große Hauptgebäude mit Aussichtsdeck , den schattigen Pool, die wunderbare Lage direkt am Fluss .mit dem Grunzen de Hippos und den zahlreichen Vögeln..Das Essen ist sehr gut, die Aussicht von den privaten Terrassen toll.
−Bisher hatten wir die sehr geräumigen und komfortablen " Tree Houses", daher fanden wir die viel einfacheren Zeltchalets am Fluss etwas zu rustikal für uns, aber das ist subjektiv. Es wurde tagsüber extrem heiß in den Zelten, zum Glück gab es nachts eine Abkühlung.

“Notre meilleure étape à tout point de vue,à proximité de Mudumu, Nkasa Rupara Ntl Park,Kwando core”
+On a tout de suite aimé l emplacement ,en pleine nature,dans un très bel espace jardin-piscine,sous les grands arbres,au bord de la rivière Kwando et de ses hippopotames,très calme et bien à l écart de la route,en bout de piste juste après le passage du village très pittoresque:accueil très chaleureux de Anke(qui est aussi une excellente cuisinière!merci à elle pour ses menus diner et appétissante carte petit déjeuner!)et de son personnel.Le soir,apéro pop corn(faits maison..on craque!et pourtant je déteste les pop corn!)Très belle sortie bateau le matin sur la rivière à la rencontre des hippopotames..
