“Fabulous host, great accommodation, beach on your doorstep.”
+My trip didn’t start well at all, a 3 hour delay amongst other things but the host, Francesco, was amazing. Stayed up to welcome me, show me the ropes and make me feel at home. Great surprise was a complimentary mini bar and croissants etc for breakfast. The air conditioning worked a treat, bed was comfortable, garden was huge, dog was lovely and you’re literally on the beach through the garden gate. Francesco was always there to bail me out in what turned out to be a calamitous trip, someone hit my car (he sorted all the insurance documents), I broke the key trying to enter the wrong apartment block and he fixed it, just brilliant. If I return to Messina for work, I will definitely stay here again, best host ever.

“Great location and beautiful place”
+There was breakfast and free drinks which was great! The place is super nice, complex has its own gate and parking which very convenient.
−The mattress is the only thing that I did not like.

“Exceptional”
+The host was nice and helpful, he even left some drinks for us in the room. If you love the sea, the location could not be better than this. Just 10 metres away to the beach from the back garden.

“Wonderful stay”
+Loved the property, it was modern and comfortable. The stocked refrigerator and extra supplies were wimderful. Favorite part was the outdoor area, sitting out there at night listening to the water was wonderful. The hosts couldn't have been nicer and communicated any issues that may have occurred. Great stay!

+Personale accogliente e disponibile per ogni informazione e chiarimento. Super pulito, ottimo affaccio sul giardino con piscina, dal quale si accede direttamente al mare. Collocazione ottimale per raggiungere ogni direzione

“Versteckter Diamant”
+Die unterkunft ist schön versteckt in einem wohngebiet weit weg von strassen und lärm. Direkt am meer gelegen, mit traumhaften blick von der terrasse. Der gastgeber ist lässt keine wünsche offen und wohnt anscheinend direkt in der wohnung daneben. Das zimmer ist wie neu. Es ist stillvoll eingerichtet. “Sconsigliato”
−Materasso scomodo, lenzuola durissime e di scarsa qualità. Il Wi-Fi non si connette a (c’erano diverse opzioni di non era chiaro a quelle ci si dovesse collegare). la mattina alle 7 i proprietari di casa passavano l’aspirapolvere. I bambini urlavano fuori in giardino, Impossibile dormire in queste condizioni. Nella stanza c’erano dei cornetti imbustati duri (non c’era la scatola e non si leggeva la scadenza ma erano sicuramente vecchi). Unica nota positiva il frigo con acqua, succhi e birra gratis. Prezzo veramente spropositato per una stanza. Il proprietario ha chiesto 20€ in più per la camera matrimoniale perché eravamo in 2, senza emettere alcuna ricevuta
