“Get what you pay for”
+Had alright sleep and had the amendities you would need.
−The shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold. Bed felt broken as kept cracking underneath us while we were asleep. Mould was contained to a single corner.

“Go elsewhere!”
−-Smoke alarm battery low and was chirping. Promise to fix with lies never did -Bed horrible, sagging in the middle so if you sleep on your back your shaped as a moon crescent -Shower, scolding hot cold not make it colder, unbearably hot -Blinds let in a lot of light -Busy road, lots of noise constantly at night

“Very clean, cosy and great value for money. Perfect location for work I was doing.”
+Great location, well stocked and cosy.
−Building interior leading up to the room needs some areas of improvement (some parts are lovely, some is a little uninviting - but looks like a work in progress
