“Would not stay again”
+Location is good - but then the the centre of Yerevan is rather small and walkable, so any place there will do. They may have one or two decent rooms but do not expect to get one of these. There is better value for money to be had in the city.
−I got a practically windowless room under the noisy internal stairs and right next to the "reception counter" where the guys made a huge racket all day. Unclean sheets. Had a chance to peek into the dorm: "apocalyptic" may be a good word to describe it.

+Convenient location. The cleaning lady Asmik was very kind and friendly.
−The room was extremely small, almost capsule-sized, and did not feel like good value for 9000 AMD per night. The hostel was very cold: neither the air conditioner nor the heating worked, and the blankets were extremely thin. Staff initially refused to provide an extra blanket and behaved rudely before eventually giving us one. There was only one duvet cover for two guests. Payment is accepted in cash only, which should be communicated in advance. Wi-Fi barely works and is often impossible to connect to. The walls are extremely thin , you can hear even small noises like people brushing their teeth in nearby rooms. Guests were noisy from around 5 a.m., and staff did nothing to address it. Cleaning staff also began work around 8 a.m. and spoke loudly in the hallways, making it difficult to sleep. The kitchen facilities were poor: not enough mugs, no oil or salt in the shared kitchen, only two of four burners worked, and all frying pans had badly damaged non-stick coating. The kitchen is tiny, and the dining table is placed in the hallway. The hostel is on the fifth floor without an elevator, making luggage difficult to carry upstairs. “Comfortable and good for money quality.”
+The location of the property was more than exceptional. It was at the city center , nearby of the major tourist attraction sites , with markets , drugstores , money exchange facilities and well known cafes . The staff did not disturb the guests . We were free to mind to our business.
−The entrance and the common room could have more air-conditioning.

“Horrible stay, Do not ever think to stay here”
+There was nothing to like everything was a mess
−The hostel is situated on 4th floor and there is no elevator it’s a horrible experience you will ruin your trip if you will ever book this place recently i stayed with family and both managers are worst in terms of support and their behavior with guest is worst please. it’s a request save your money do not stay here ever they will start flirting with your family member girls. cheap people they are. please avoid staying here at any cost even they offer for free. i ruined my trip by staying here they show something else and gives you different rooms in another hotel. if you ask them for help like can you please tell me from where i can get sim card they will shout on you like hell why you are asking us and we will not help you in anything.

“Хотя бы замки установите! А лучше двери поменяйте!”
+Отличное расположение в самом центре города. В пешей доступности топовые рестораны, кафе и достопримечательности.
−Ну начать можно с того, что мы списались с владельцем и нам с супругой сказали мы можем приехать и въехать, чуть обождав уборку номера. Было 10 утра как мы приехали. Мы с сумка приезжаем, а нам говорят ну подождать до 12 надо, въезд же с 12. Хорошо рядом парк, мы пошли и 2 часа гуляли с СУМКАМИ в парке. В 12 звоним и пишем куда можно ли просто оставить сумки и уехать, а в ответ «Номер не готов». В итоге когда можно было селится, оказалось номер на фото не соответствует и свободен лишь чулан под лестницей переоборудованный под номер… ну думаем пусть так, нам все равно на 2 ночи, а днями нас не будет. И ради правды нам действительно было все равно на сам номер, есть где спать и ладно. НО тут начался самый ужас. Понятное дело хостел и душ с туалетом общий. Вот только в мужском душе стоят стиральные машинки и замков на дверях нет. Стоишь ты значит моешься за шторкой, а тут другая постоялица просто заходит стираться. Искра, буря, безумие и неловкие «Ой». Переходим в туалет. В него идет стеклянная дверь закрашенная краской. Спасибо что закрасили. Но опять же без замка. Значит сиди и держи двери руками. А на другом этаже если отдельный женский туалет. И даже с замком, но дверь тоже стекля
