+The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a small kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine and kitchenware. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean, and there was a lovely view from the window. The staff were friendly too.
−The two main drawbacks were the thin door to the hallway and the very narrow, steep staircase. I could hear other guests whenever they were just outside the room. Carrying suitcases up and down the stairs was quite difficult, and I had to be very careful not to lose my footing.

“Nice place in Eidhoven”
+Everything was ok - clean, comfortable and so on. The only is we were in smoking room, and people outside cafe also smoke a lot. So asking not smoking room if it is important for you. Parking is on street. Not a lot but we found it right opposite the apartment
−The only cigarettes smoke was problem for us

“A great little room with comfortable beds and a good shower. Good location”
+Check-in instructions were very good, location is good, within easy walking distance of the city centre. Reliable wi-fi, very comfortable beds, great bathroom and shower. The fan was greatly appreciated as we arrived during a heatwave.
−We were looking forward to trying the traditional Dutch food but, unfortunately, we arrived on a Monday when the cafe was closed. This was not mentioned during the booking process which was very disappointing.

“nothing good… I had to cancel.”
+nothing
−Be careful because one room has no doors to the toilet and they do not inform about it here. They did not answered for my message to ensure if it is like that before I came. So I asked to cancel my reservation (because I didn’t want to be in toom without doors to the toilet) but they gave me basic refound (not full) and write that it is „the gesture of good will”.. 🤣 Be careful with this place!

−The room was very dirty, there wasn’t an AC, there was only a very old fan, which was almost broken. The room got so hot, that we could not sleep at all. The windows open just a little. There were more than 20 mosquitoes through the whole night, so on top of the hot weather we couldn’t sleep from the amount of mosquitoes as well. Also, the room smells a lot because downstairs there is an open kitchen and when they are cooking everything smells extremely bad.

“Kleine nette Unterkunft in einer angenehmen Gegend”
+Super nette und entspannte kleine Unterkunft in einer schönen Wohngegend. Parkplätze an der Straße vor der Tür,- Tagessatz 9€. Praktische Ausstattung mit kleinem Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Geschirr,- super gut!
−Die Heizung im Badezimmer ließ sich nicht regulieren und es war super heiß im Bad. Aber besser zu warm als zu kalt
