“Great Facilities”
+Great service - nice facilities. Small room and wifi is not always great. Otherwise Good hotel and location. Very nice host who allowed us to use the facilities after hours.

+Superb hotel in a great location. The staff go out of their way to help and make you feel very much at home. To give an example, one evening we brought takeaway pizza back to the hotel for dinner as all the restaurants were full - not only were the staff happy to let us eat in the bar in front of the fire, they even brought out plates and cutlery!

+A really enjoyable stay. Perfectly located for the Le Morillon ski lift. Discount at ski shop. Free spa facilities. What made the stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff. They could not do enough to help. Highly recommended.

“Good location for the slopes with some nice extras”
+A nice friendly hotel that isn't far from Geneva Airport and has good access to the Grand Massif ski area. The main ski lift from the resort is just 5-10 mins walk from the hotel (even in ski boots). The hotel has good boot room with boot warmers and enough space for skis. We stayed 4 nights, breakfast was good quality, fresh and a reasonable variety but not cheap at €51 per day for the family (2 adults, 2 children). We made good use of the indoor / outdoor pool, it's not particularly big (you aren't going to be swimming laps) and children were only allowed in from 4-6.30 but this wasn't really limiting as we were really here for the skiing. The hot tub and sauna were welcome at the end of a day on the slopes, both are small but this was never a problem.
