“It was a great room for 3 travellers to all stay together. Would stay there again”
+We loved the 3 bed suite. It was spacious and clean
−Managers had to come in to our suite to get to breaker room. Toilets ran loudly all night

+The cleanliness of the room, considering that the property was undergoing renovations.
−The location was not well signed, the property was not as described by Booking.com, there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, the showerhead was not working, the air-conditioningunit was extremely noisy, there were, no tissues provided, the ice-making machine could not be found, and the complimentary breakfast, provided at the next door Subway shop was of a sub-standarded nature, served by a very disinterested and unfriendly person. This Inn should not be charging it's large fee for services not actually provided.

“I didn't stay there at all.”
−I booked two rooms. They told me only one was available. I had to get another hotel. I checked in advance 4 times the day before our arrival. Spelled out the names the the rooms were booked for and was told the 2nd room wasn't available. Then after we got another hotel, we were told that the room booked for my sister in law hadn't been checked into. We prepaid for one night that we didn't get to stay there.

“A place to rest for the night, nothing more.”
+The stay was ok, not exceptional. It was nice and cool on an extremely hot day.
−The front line staff was on the phone with someone in her own language the whole time she was checking us in. The air con was really close to one person and was very noisy.

“Affordable stopover on long road-trips”
+1. The location was top notch. Gast station and highways are literally a stone's throw away. 2. The breakfast option was nice 3. The room was spacious and the washroom was great.
−1. Didn't stay long to find any flaw. But if anything, I wish there were a way to refill water bottle from a water purifier at night. Like keep a common space with some common appliances for people. Apart from than, this hotel was pretty good.
