“Very good”
+The cabañas are very sweat, in a nice and quiet garden. The staff is very helpful.
−We waited long after we arrived because nobody was there and there was no signal to contact the tenants. The rooms are very basic, there is no hangers in the room in the bathroom, no other furniture than the bed. It is not a nice walk to Rincon but the staff gave us the contact of moto taxis so we were fine. Seeing how remote the place is, it is a shame there is no breakfast.

“Good for only one night”
+The site is nice, fresh, windy and esthetically ok
−There’s no water and no electricity, the show freezers on the pictures but they can’t operate due to the lack of power, I bought some groceries but they got rotten within a night due to the high weather and humidity, also, the fans wont stay on because of this. The staff confirmed none of the freezers actually worked and they couldn’t give us any options. All the furniture was filthy and sticky, full of sand and dirt

+the house itself looks very nice. the room up top is way nicer though than the one below, while they are almost the same price.
−what is not mentioned is that there are five cats walking everywhere. I’m allergic to cats and asked the person working them to keep them away. he said yes but the cats kept coming back. therefore we needed to leave early. when I asked the owner for a refund of the nights we couldn’t stay he didn’t offer that and only offered another hostel that did not look nice to us. I was not happy with how this was handled. another downside is that the hostel doesn’t offer breakfast, but in the town there are also almost no places offering breakfast, which is a bit inconvenient (we understood in most hostels breakfast is included but it was not possible if you are not a guest there).

−Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes. Le prix indiqué sur le site était de 54000 COP au total, pour 2 personnes. Nous étions sensés arriver à 23h, nous avons donc prévenu l'hostel afin de savoir si cela posait problème, notre hote nous a répondu qu'il n'y avait aucun soucis. Finalement nous avons pu arriver à 22h, il n'y a personne sur les lieux donc prévenons par whatsapp que nous sommes là et l'hôte nous répond qu'il y a eu un problème sur le prix indiqué et que c'est 54000 COP par personne. Or cela n'est pas le prix indiqué sur booking. Notre réservation a été faite vers 18h, et notre hote a attendu que nous arrivons (donc à 22h) afin de nous informer de l'erreur du prix. Si nous ne voulions pas payer 54000 COP par personne, l'hote ne voulait pas nous accueillir. Compte tenu de l'heure et du manque de solution de secours, nous avons été contraints de payer. Nous avons pu négocier pour payer 80000 COP pour la nuit. Cela n'est pas honnête de nous informer à la dernière minute, une fois arrivé sur place et lorsque la nuit est tombé que le prix n'est pas le bon. −Las instalaciones son muy agradables y rodeadas de la naturaleza para quienes desean desconectarse de la ciudad. Don Wilson (encargado del lugar) una persona muy servicial y respetuosa procuro brindar solución a los inconvenientes que a continuación mencionamos. Al ser. difícil la red de Internet del lugar, por las deficiencias de la electricidad que hubo durante el primer día, no se pudo realizar la transferencia qué teníamos pendiente. situación que trajo consigo qué a las 10 de la noche el propietario enviará al encargado a solicitar la transferencia, vulnerando su derecho a pasar tiempo con su familia y al descanso. Y por consiguiente, nos despertó y usó un tono via telefónica desagradable e irrespetuoso. Adicional, que estaban fallando las tuberías debido a la falta de mantenimiento. Finalmente, el lugar presento problemas de plagas (cucarachas).
