+We rented all the cabañas y suite with all the family... we all loved it... Gigante and Wilfriedo are the best !!! Great service and even did barbecue for us all :)

“Beautiful, relaxing property but hosting needs to be better.”
+Well-cared for cabañas with a fridge, basic cutlery and a hot shower. A 10 minute walk to a beach, or a 5 minute drive to a good beach one town over. Friendly staff.
−Overall, the hosting aspect of the property owners/keepers needs to be improved. During our stay, there was regular construction on site. On our last morning, we wanted to have a quiet morning and enjoy the pool. Instead, we checked out early because they started construction directly in front of the pool and started burning debris which smoked out the property and our cabaña. We thought it was a strange move on their part considering we were the only guests on site and would’ve been checking out only 2 hours later. Otherwise, we asked for someone to change our garbages and were handed garbage bags ourselves. I’m not above changing my own garbage, but this is a pretty standard given in hospitality. The free coffee that is advertised was a 10L jug of coffee that was reheated each day without being changed over. I’m not sure how old it was before arriving, but it was not fresh. Better to not advertise this or provide this at all. For future travellers, OXXO is a 5 minute drive in either direction and has better coffee.

“Quiet stay in cabin”
+The staff were friendly and the cabin was clean and as in the photos. We used bikes from the property to cycle to the nearest town of Chuberna which is around 3km away. There is a restaurant across the road.

“ROMPE SUS REGLAMENTO 😡”
+La tranquilidad que hubo en mis dos primeras noches, aún con la tormenta de la segunda noche todo fue muy bien. Betty nos recibió amablemente y nos dijo que éramos los únicos huéspedes en ese momento
−La tercer noche aceptaron un grupo de "jóvenes" que organizaron su fiesta en el balcón de la cabaña de al lado, nos ofrecieron para pasar una mejor noche cambio de cabaña con vino gratis (no lo aceptamos) y Coca cola(esas si), pero esa cabaña tenía pésimas condiciones aunque Alfredo nos dijo que estaba recién remodelada sus condiciones daban mucho que pensar, a pesar de poner insecticida se metían muchos mosquitos... Mi molestia fué... Uno....EL ALOJAMIENTO ROMPE SUS PROPIAS REGLAS DE NO FIESTAS EN ESE ALOJAMIENTO Dos.... Considero que nosotros no debíamos haber sido removidos de nuestra cabaña ya que nunca fuimos irrespetuosos. Si aceptamos el cambio fue porque era demasiado tarde para movernos de ese alojamiento ya que está fuera de área céntrica Tres... En la primer cabaña que alojamos #3, solo había agua fria ( no fue gran problema) Definitivamente no creo volver a alejarme en este lugar que rompe sus propias reglas

“Maravillosa!!”
+el personal es super amable, Alfredo el chico que nos recibio siempre atento en todo momento. Disfrutamos del kayak y nos informaron de una ria para ver un atardecer hermoso a espaldas del hotel.
−Que estuviera un poco mas cerca de la playa o que hubiera una forma mas facil de transportar el kayak.
