+The location was great, it was close to everything, but also in a quiet area. Lorenzo was very kind and quickly available if we needed anything, The room was great, it had everything we needed. There was heating/AC that worked great. And a clean communal kitchen was available to us. The highlight was the view of the canal from the room. Absolutely magical. We hope to come back soon!!

“Good guest house in the heart of Canareggio”
+It was close to all of the main places that we wanted to go, including the main vaporetto station. The bed waa AMAZING, super comfortable. The coffee was also delicious.
−The only problem is that it is very close to the bel, so every morning at 9am it rings very loud. Besides, the week that I went, it was having some construction right on the side of the building, also very loud in the morning. But other than that, the place was great.

+Excellent location close to restaurants, yet very calm. Comfortable bed, super clean and spacious room. There's even a vaporetto stop just around the corner, which makes getting around so much easier! Would happily stay again!

“PLEASANT STAY IN VENICE”
+Lorenzo was super helpful. When my train arrived at the station he called and sent step by step walking directions. He alåso provided some local restaurant/trattoria suggestions on request. The room was spacious with accent lighting and a modern walkin shower and bathroom. There was an electric carafe for tea and coffee and a small refrigerator too. The room had windows that could be opened for fresh air in the evening and air conditioning for hotter days. The was secured by electronic keypad. No keys needed. All in all a great location and pleasant experience. Bravo Lorenzo!
−That I had only two nights in Venice.

“Excellent location, super clean and the best host!”
+Super convenient location which was easy to get to and depart from. We walked everywhere and it was close to a lot of food options as well. Lorenzo the host was really helpful and responsive from before arrival through to departure, and also provided many recommendations. Apartment itself is really clean and modern and has everything you need.
−During our stay it rained one night and the gutter noise of water tricking was a bit noisy. Some Street noise but nothing major.
