+The owner, the b&b itself the facilities, the view.
−The stairs going to the property was the only negative and the dogs that would bark when you walked past, this was not a problem for us at all but maybe for others.

“Very hard to find, 100 stairs to climb but comfortable to stay.”
+Firstly this is not a hotel but an rent apartment. Knowing this in advance would change my choices! Owner super friendly, making our breakfast table ready for the next morning. Everything you need in a house is available. Nice garden, nice green view. Very nice bathroom. Very very clean.
−It’s up in a mountain and impossible to find without help! No signs! 100 stairs down and up everytime is not nice at 40 degrees summer Italy! No airconditioning but a little fan. Everytime you enter and exit dogs bark like crazy. So someone should say the truth that even the host is very friendly and helpful this place is not convenient for a family stay If you arrive at night with many luggages.

+Anledning till det dåliga betyget var att vi blev uppringda strax innan vi skulle checka in, av en kvinna som bara pratade italienska. Efter en stund fick jag henne att skicka ett SMS, där förklarade hon att rummet redan var bokat. Hon hade kontaktat en kollega som hade ett bed and breakfast. Detta låg inte på bästa läge, vi körde länge högt upp bland bergen. Värdinnan Marina på det nya boendet var fantastiskt. Hjälpte oss på alla sätt. Men vi blev många timmar försenade och var helt slutkörda. Marinas b o b var enkelt men mycket fräscht och fint. Så tyvärr kan vi inte lämna något positivt omdöme om Ca di toni.

“Arrangiato e scomodo”
+Bagno e camera erano puliti anche se i troppi oggetti ovunque e i tappeti pelosi non aiutavano in questo senso. Il bagno era nuovo. Potrebbe essere adatto per una notte non con bambini piccoli.
−La camera per 4 era minuscola e palesemente non una camera per ospitare 4 persone. Priva di appoggi, piena di oggetti inutili messi un po' a caso, senza alcuna comodità per chi vi alloggia con dei bambini piccoli e in generale. Mancava il lettino e dopotutto non c'era nemmeno lo spazio per metterlo. Il bagno inoltre era posto fuori dalla camera anche se a uso privato. Per fortuna non c'erano altri ospiti oltre a noi altrimenti sarebbe stato ancora più scomodo. Come nel caso della camera anche la sala comune era piena di oggetti messi a caso, inutili e che sembravano avanzare altrove. Non c'era il seggiolino o qualcosa di simile. La colazione è stata scarsa e tutta con prodotti confezionati. Non è stata nemmeno rimpolpata da una mattina all'altra. Della serie "mangiate quello che rimane". La signora è venuta a rassettare la nostra camera senza avvisarci, toccando le nostre cose, ma senza cambiare gli asciugamani, tutti di set diversi tra loro, avanzati chissà da dove e dati senza criterio per quanto riguarda le misure. Non sarebbe stato un problema se fossimo stati avvisati e soprattutto se non ci fosse stato pure detto che di solito ci si lamenta se le pulizie non vengono fatte e n
