“We had a nice relaxing stay.”
+Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Front desk maintained composure when I was becoming a bit grumpy while trying to access the property. I had not received the code earlier, probably due to travel and loss of WiFi. Contacted us about a canal boat ride excursion, which we accepted and were very pleased with. We thought it was a good value/fair price. All were helpful giving info about transportation. Marco gave excellent info on the boat to the airport.
−Providing a breakfast would be ideal for guests, but understandable that the property probably isn't suited for it.

“Good - exactly as described, which doesn't always happen. Friendly staff too”
+We arrived in the early hours of the morning and had no trouble accessing entry via key code. And then the desk was good enough to store our luggage (lots -sorry) for the day. Very accommodating

“Good location. Beautifully decorated. Staff helpful.”
+Great location close to a ferry stop and situated at a quiet street. Beautifully decorated. Staff were helpful.
−Would have been good to receive instructions on how to get to the hotel by ferries as Google map was not offering that as an option.

“Gute Lage ( Palazzo Grassi, Academia),- viele Treppen”
