+Everyone that works at this hotel was very helpful due to the Fall my wife had 2 hours after we arrived in Venice on Oct. 08, 2024. They allowed me to use their phone and computer as much as I needed. Today is Oct.17th and she is still in the hospital at this time with no release date being mentioned at this time

“Favorite EVER”
+This place was AMAZING! The staff, the rooms, the water taxi access! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ By far the best & most unique place I have stayed in all of my worldly travels!

+This is a charming "bed and breakfast" experience. The family who runs it and the other staff are beyond incredible. We felt like family while we stayed there! We were taken care of from start to finish with incredible breakfasts, cappuccinos, recommendations and even private tours. This is the only spot I will stay next time I am in Venice!

“Good location but overpriced”
+Great location, very Venetian style hotel with lovely lounge looking out to the canal. For the price, I would have expected more, toiletries in the room, better quality towels and a better customer service.

“4 Night Stay in Venice”
+Small private hotel in Venice. Double room was exceedingly small with only space for one suitcase. Air conditioning is available but controlled to a predetermined temperature that made it feel like similar to the outdoors. Tax is 3 Euro per person per night. Staff service was exemplary. Location is pretty central.
