+Clean, general condition of amenities was quite good and communication with host was friendly and responsive.
−Single beds (single sofa beds) were super uncomfortable. Main bed/matress was just ok comfort wise. Breakfast was a bit poor and the kitchen was missing important things like a microwave and a toaster.

+The free breakfast was beyond my expectations. There is a McDonald's and a large supermarket just across the street. And I can go to Venice islands just by taking a bus nearby.
−The neighborhood was a bit suspicious at night. The room is not equipped with tables which we had no place to put our luggage. The shower will cause the water to be everywhere...

“A few words about great hotel”
+Thank you for having us at this lovely hotel. It was clean and tidy, everything was in its place. The design is perfect. Beautiful reproductions of famous paintings are everywhere. It's all done with great taste. My wife, who is an architect and designer, really appreciated it. In the room you have everything you need. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper. They have a hairdryer, and a good air conditioner. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean. It is a pleasure to take a shower and sleep in such comfortable bed. You feel at home. In the kitchen they provide breakfast for everyone every day. Salami, cheese, yogurts, bread, cakes, tea, coffee, crackers etc. We are very surprised by this place and we want to recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in Venice comfortably and conveniently. Thank you!

+The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped, with plenty of fresh towels and clean bed linen provided. The breakfast included in the price was excellent, and overall, everything was exactly as described. The host really made an effort to make sure everything was perfect. He was always available and very helpful.We also really apreciate that he kindly allowed us lo leave our car in the parking area for a few extra hours.( Parking=20€ per day)
−The only downside is that check in process is a little complicated as everything is done digitally, so you need to take pictures of your documents and yourself and fill out the form with personal informations. You cannot acces the apartment until you completed entire process. This could be a little issue if your phone runs out of battery or if you are not very familiar with digital technology.

+Appartement très très bien situé pour visiter Venise, transport en commun a quelques dizaines de mètres (ligne L4) direct sur Venise.

+Posizione ottima per arrivare in centro a Venezia. Camera pulita e tranquilla. Colazione confezionata con possibilità di caffè, latte, thè, frutta fresca,torta crostata e varie merende, pane non possibilità di tostare ( aggiungerei un tostapane e un boccone per l'acqua )
