“Brilliant place for a cheap overnight stay”
+Room was clean and tidy. Manager was friendly and helpful. Bathroom and toilet were clean and functional. Bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. There was actually a small fridge in the room, which was a nice surprise, and it worked very well. The instructions, when they arrived, were very clear but could be a little improved to explain about the smart lighting (knowing that it's smart lighting was half the battle). That said the light worked really well and was dimmable, to some extent anyway. For the price of the room for the night, this was actually an amazing overnight option.
−2 tiny gripes.... (if I were being REALLY picky!) nothing major at all though. Advertised "on-site private parking" wasn't available but this wasn't terrible as there was a lot of on street parking available, very close by. The second thing was the light in the room was a smart light with a remote control, but there was nothing to tell me that when I arrived - quick call to the manager and he let me know there was a remote control. Both of these gripes are easily fixed (remove the "on-site private parking" reference in the info and add an extra paragraph to the welcome message.

“Excellent value and a great location”
+Very reasonable price, great location, easy check-in, very clean.
−Very poor sound insulation (sounds of doors opening and closing travelled loudly throughout the property, could clearly hear other guests talking on the phone, etc.); listing said there was on site parking however the message sent by the hosts a couple of days before the booking advised there was on-road parking, and when I got there this was very limited and it took me a while to find a space down the road; also the room was very hot - yes, it was a heatwave, but it could have been kept cooler by keeping the window (and the skylight on the landing) closed during the day and the blinds down (plus I think the radiator was on?!). Bed was a single (bottom bunk), which I did not mind but it was advertised as a double.

+Precio-Calidad bastante acertado dado que era una habitación pequeña con pestillo y TV. Además de ser bastante silencioso. El sitio se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo y cerca del aeropuerto de Luton.
−Es dificil de llegar hasta la sitio ademas de que la TV no funcionaba sin contraseña. Y de Londres bastante alejado.
