−Disappointing stay , uncomfortable bedding, worn-out towels and unhelpful service Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The bedsheets, duvet cover and pillow covers felt rough, scratchy and uncomfortable, with unpleasant little bumps in the fabric that made it difficult to relax properly. The bedsheet was eventually changed after we raised the issue, and I appreciate that something was done. However, the overall problem was not really resolved. The cover still had the same uncomfortable, bobbly texture, and the towels were extremely old and threadbare, with threads visibly coming loose. These are basic things that should be maintained properly in guest accommodation. Another disappointment was the refusal to provide even a simple takeaway breakfast for our early-morning departure at around 3-4 a.m. We had asked the night before whether they could give us something basic, such as bread, simit or cake with individually packaged honey or jam, so that we could carry it with us. We were not asking for a full breakfast service at that hour, just a small, practical arrangement for guests leaving very early. Unfortunately, this request was refused. There was also

“Lovely and would use them again”
+The location and that there was a lovely communal terrace to use. The owners were amazing friendly and helpful
−No cupboards in the family room just shelves. The room is very small and so is the bathroom. Could be a problem if you are not out all day. This is more of an observation than it was an issue for us, we were out most of the day.

“Quiet place in the heart of the city”
+Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is small, but quite cozy and clean. It was surprisingly quiet and comfortable to sleep. Shower and toilet were fine, though bathroom itself is tiny. Breakfasts are simple and served on a nice terrace.

+The family that run the hotel are amazing and welcome you with a smiling face each morning. Location is fantastic! Nice easy check in service and we che med in at 1am with no problems
−Room was compact and could do with a little update but for what you pay it is more than enough!

+You have what you need from a short stay room to explore the town. Very good value for money.
−Only thing is the blanket is so thin, small for two people and not comfortable. It was personally not easy to sleep in that blanket

+Старый город. Рядом остановка трамвая в аэропорт. Приятный персонал. В номере есть большой стол, банкетка, шкаф с большим зеркалом, чайник и нормальные бокалы
−Просила верхний этаж, поселили на нижнем. Очень скудный завтрак! В нем нет смысла. Нет душевой кабины, только шторка. Очень старый кондиционер, почти бесполезный, летом будет невыносимо жарко.

+Очень вежливый и милый хозяин отеля - сам делает все - и поэтому создаются впечатления, что ты в гостях у заботливого хозяина 😊 Вкусный завтрак на чудесной веранде особенно порадовал!

+Прекрасное расположение - в старом городе, в старом, но реконструированном здании, но при этом - 5 минут пешком до остановки трамвая. Чудесная терраса, увитая бугенвиллией, где подают завтрак. Завтрак скромный, но вкусный, нам хватало. Очень доброжелательный парень на ресепшене, дарил нам воду и мандарины) Просторная комната, окна открываются, есть свет над кроватями, вид на узкую улочку старого города. Wi-Fi приличный. Остались только приятные впечатления, уверенно рекомендую.
