+Central location right above the bus station. The hosts were nice and helpful. The place itself was clean, with good facilities such as a kitchen, dining area, and lockers in the rooms.
−Since it's right above a burger place it can be noisy during working hours (until ~2300). The showers were lacking - no place to hang dry clothes and the water turns off automatically very fast.

−At first i didnt understand why there were many bad reviews. They were super nice and responsive in their texts. And then i arrived....... There was either an overbooking or a drunk guy that threw up on the bed. I heard several stories. I arrived late at night, which wasnt an ideal situation but i understood reception has no fault in any of that. At first he offered to put up a bed in the hallway, where people from many rooms walked past, which is just an unacceptable proposal to me. Paying 50 euros to sleep in a corridor.. But again, i know they tried hard to find a solution. Eventually they arranged for me to go to a different hostel. This hostel was pretty bad which obviously adds to the bad experience. After check out i came back for 20 minutes to sit in the outside common area of the other hostel and was told that after check out i'm not allowed to be there or i could get fined 5000 euros 🤯 Absolutely INSANE and unwelcoming experience. After all if that i did feel like i was definitely owed the price difference between both hostels so i communicated this to the man from "bus station beds". He explained that they already did me a favour by not charging me the 3 euros tax. How

−C’est le pire hostel où j’ai séjourné. Il n’y a presque jamais personne sur place donc difficile de faire le check-in. L’homme et la femme qui étaient présents lors de mon check-in étaient désagréables et aucunement chaleureux. Je n’ai même pas eu la chambre que j’avais réservé (dortoirs avec 4 lits), j’ai dû dormir dans le dortoir de 10 lits car il y a apparemment eu un problème avec ma réservation alors que ma confirmation montrait bel et bien la chambre avec 4 lits. La salle de bain est horrible. Les murs des deux cabines de douche ne vont pas jusqu’au sol, donc le plancher complet de la salle de bain est mouillé en tout temps. Il faut appuyer sur le bouton de la douche pour avoir environ 10 secondes d’eau donc il faut constamment appuyer sur le bouton. Il y a seulement 1 toilette à l’étage pour 16 lits. Bref, si vous pouvez, allez ailleurs.

−Me hubiese gustado que las duchas y el baño wc estuviesen separadas, pero es algo habitual en los hostel

−Le personnel était peu agréable et il y avait des affiches très passives-agressives partout dans l'auberge pour rappeler les règles de conduite avec menaces d'amende exagérées, qui apparemment ne sont pas très efficaces car les salles de bains étaient sales malgré tout.
