“Caution! Black mold”
−1. There is a persistent, distinct smell of mold in the apartment,most likely the result of a leak from above. There is black mold on the wall!!! The landlord has failed to address the damage from the leak and continues to rent out the apartment, showing no regard for the health of the occupants. On the very first day, I messaged the landlord to say I wanted to leave and requested a refund for the days I wouldn’t be staying. Initially, they said they would give me 100 euros in cash, but later claimed they couldn’t provide cash and would transfer the money to my card instead. The money, however, never arrived. I barely slept during the three terrible nights I spent in this apartment. Because of the mold, I developed a severe allergic reaction, and my nose became completely congested. 2. Upon check-in, the host sent me the wrong access code, so we couldn’t get into the apartment. We had to make several calls to an international number, which ended up costing us money. Only then did the host send the correct codes. 3. The apartment is extremely small and inconvenient; the sink is tiny,there’s barely enough room to turn around. +Die Lage war toll. Kleine Küche, gemütliche Sitzecke.
−Ein zusätzlicher Spiegel wäre toll. Bett bzw. die Matratze haben nicht zusammen gepasst und daher sehr niedrig. Leider waren die Prospekte für Veranstaltungen und Informationen zu Cochem veraltet.

“Sfeervol appartement”
+Goede ligging aan de rand van het historische centrum en 10 min. lopen naar de burcht. Sfeervol ingericht appartement (green velvet), goede bedden. Code werkte alleen bij de buitendeur, niet bij de kamerdeur,. Dit werd met een telefoontje naar de host meteen opgelost. Heel fijne communicatie.
