“It was an excellent stay! I would recommend this hotel to anyone because it has a great location!”
+I liked the staff. The manager was so kind and helpful. Always available and was generous with his time
−The staircase, however there was a lift that made it much better.

+Best feature is the location near Roma Termini. Room and bed were very small. Hardly enough area for our bags. Plumbing is marginal. The breakfast was good. All in all it was adequate for a short stay. 3 stars.

“Great base for visiting Rome. Handy to Termini and coliseum”
+Central location by plaza Vittorio , modern fitout with easy sign in process with friendly staff. Good restaurants nearby. Would stay there again
−Breakfast presentation and offerings a little disappointing. Could be improved with not much effort. But got 2 coffees each so can’t complain too much

+Location
−The room was not spacious, and there were no separate charging ports, which was inconvenient. There were pets in the accommodation, which made me uncomfortable. Also, blankets were not provided, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was not comfortable for me, and there is room for improvement in terms of basic facilities and guest comfort.
