−There was/is a rat in the wooden wall. We raised this with the staff, who simply ignored us. My partner got no sleep as she was worried as it was scratching throughout the night.

“Beautiful views, but disappointing overall experience”
+The absolutely breathtaking view was the highlight of our stay. The bed was comfortable, and having a jacuzzi in the room made the experience even more special. A wonderful place to enjoy the surroundings!
−Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. We visited at the end of October, and the room was extremely cold at night. The heating was turned off, and there was a gap between the window and the wall (see on the photo) allowing cold air to come into the room. After two nights, we actually ended up getting sick. After spending an entire day hiking, coming back to a cold room was unpleasant. We asked the owner to turn on the heating, but were told it would be switched on in about an hour. As a result, we had nowhere warm to relax, so we had to go to a nearby restaurant just to warm up and wait for the room to heat up. The Wi-Fi was also not working in our room. Breakfast was okay, but unfortunately, everything was cold. It is a shame because the location, the stunning view, the comfortable bed and the in-room jacuzzi had so much potential. However, the lack of heating and basic comfort significantly affected our experience.
