“Host with the most & it it takes a village”
+My stay at Bujtani Celiku has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The hotel is very new and comfortable, and Valentina’s cooking and helpfulness were exceptional. Mazllami, thank you for showing me around Burrel, introducing me to Aurel to act as interpreter as well as many of the welcoming villagers; taking me to the winetasting in Durres and into the mountains. I truly appreciated the hospitality at the local social cafe and the emerging family-owned winery. The area's beautiful views, hiking, and nearby riverside restaurants made the trip unforgettable, and I will definitely return for another visit.

“Beautiful location in outstanding countryside. Peaceful and calm just an hour from Tirane.”
+Magnificent location in stunning countryside. Beautiful views in every direction, sheep grazing, cows moowing, chickens clucking, surrounded by hills and mountains……idyllic! Nice rooms, recently constructed. Some partially swept floors but it was empty, we were the only guests.
−The breakfast was reasonable and dinner was ok. The standard of food is very high in Albania!

+The property was located in a beautiful area, super clean and the staff were attentive.
−There is a certain level of privacy you expect from a stay, and to have the owners open your door every so often to seemingly just “check in” was strange. Also, greater clarity on pricing of local experiences would be great, as we spent €300 for a day out with the owner.

“Very good”
+Liked the peaceful pastoral location in the countryside. Comfy bed. The fridge was handy. Very hospitable and friendly hostess. The hosts farm and all the food is Bio. Screen on the large windows..
−Bathroom cleanliness could be better. The room was small due to a large closet in it and with our luggage it was a bit tricky to move around. It was very hot, and just having the window open was not enough to cool the room. It would be good to have a fan in the room.

“A eviter, surtout hors saison”
+Etre en pleine nature, la vue sur les montagnes
−Le fait d'avoir fait payer plus cher que prévu. Propreté moyenne mais rapport qualité/prix plutot mauvais
