2.0“Overpriced and not worth it for the amount of issues.”
+Nice scenery around the site and access to wildlife.
−Where to start. Nothing around the site so you go to eat at the restaurant, but get charged $60 for 2 burgers. Poor customer service. I imagine they are good when you have no issues. However, if you find any issue with your accomodation, they will be unhelpful and unapologetic. Our upgrade was £169 for a room for 2 nights, but the shower had a cracked basin and there was a fly problem, which was only disclosed after checking in. Owner was downright rude about it and completely ignored my point about it being unsanitary and mis sold. There were too many flies to count, had to sit in darkness. Housekeeping had to spray chemicals multiple times and still did not remove problem. Manager completely unhelpful and did not care.

1.0+The young people working there are nice. Everything else is not
−We slept in a wagon in mid September and it is atrocious how expensive it is compared with what you get. It feels as if you are sleeping outside. When you check in they give you a large duffle bag that has sheets and towels in that you take to the wagon and need to make your own bed. The heating is a gas heater that is dangerous to leave burning while you sleep so it was absolutely freezing!!! The wagon is not isolated in any way. There is a cloth between you and the outside. That's it. Yoe can hear your next door neighbours wispering. We covered ourselves with all the blankets that we could find there while sleeping in our clothes, sweaters and coats and still felt cold and saw our breath in the morning. It was unbearably cold.. As the toilets are a walk in the dirt and the area is pitch dark, it was quite an adventure to try to go in the middle of the night. The wagon is full of dust, the pillows are old and empty, the heating doesn't really heat the place and you can't sleep with it

7.0“It was an experience......”
+The food at the restaurant was good. I stayed in the teepee for one night only because that is what my son wanted, not his 50 year old mom. There were cots and linens, no pillow, and there was no way to secure the flap to the front of the teepee, but thankfully no critters made their way in. Additionally it thunder stormed but miraculously, somehow, it didn't rain into the teepee. Would I stay again, no, but as a one time thing for the experience, it was fine. We can do anything for one night.....right? If you book the teepee, just know what you are getting yourself in to and you will be perfectly happy. Keep your expectations low and they will be met.
−I didn't like there was no way to secure the flap at the entrance. Some outdoor carpet in the teepee would be nice versus walking on gravel.

4.0“Understand that you’re going to be staying on an active ranch that includes livestock runs, cow pies, and trucks running”
+They area is gorgeous and the people are nice.
−The communal bathroom was absolutely filthy. The reason we wanted to “glamp” during our long weekend was to be able to shower which we didn’t even use because it was so nasty.

5.0“Valua that you earn by tempering your expectations”
+The value and views of the Tetons all day and Milky Way all night. The bathrooms were comparable to a campground and plenty good for cowboy expectations.
−Teepee number 13 is the worst one there, the flaps were blowing all over as they weren't secured and the door was non-functional. I had to move my bed in the middle of the night when it started raining into the teepee onto me and in the morning we had a puddle inside on an empty bed.

1.0“Lousy, filthy, insolent”
+The accommodation was unbearable,a shame, because the location would actually have been nice.
−The bathhouse was unacceptably filthy, and the flush on the only urinal was broken (we aren't fussy and don't need luxury, but that was too much). The few chairs outside were all broken. There was no fire pit, yet cooking meals was prohibited. When we tried to complain,as many others were doing, too,we were unceremoniously kicked out. Even guests who had booked rooms complained about the dirt and broken heating. All in all, the entire ranch is in a state of extreme neglect. The price-performance ratio is completely unreasonable; spending the night outdoors in the National Forest would have been far better. We left early and have not yet received a refund for the second night. A clear warning.
