“Lovely host and wonderful location”
+A big thank you to the manager of this hostel, who is honestly one of the nicest, kindest and most helpful people I met in Moldova. His kindness really made my stay exceptional, and I was genuinely sad to leave. This person makes you feel very welcome and comfortable, even though the hostel itself may seem a little unusual at first because of its configuration. The location is fantastic, right next to the main square and the cathedral. The beds are big and comfy. The whole place is very quiet, and the rooms are peaceful. I stayed for four nights, and the women’s dormitory was a very good size. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay.
−The cleanliness could be more consistent. When I arrived, the place, especially the bathroom, was not really clean, although it was much better during my last few days. The bunk beds look very sturdy in the photos, but unfortunately they move and shake a lot and every movement is noticeable and the whole bed can vibrate quite a lot, which was difficult for me. Despite these points, I had a very good stay, mainly thanks to the wonderful kindness and helpfulness of the manager.

−The hostel felt like a homeless shelter/refugee camp. First of all the receptionist didn’t speak any English and asked for cash payment upon arrival. However, after minutes of asking for cash I didn’t have, he looked angry and got the terminal so I could pay by card. On the other hand, when I entered the room, the bed was smelly and dusty. The doors are open 24/7 and all the noise comes in. People staying at this place are totally not giving the hostel vibe. At the kitchen and toilet area, there is a couch where 3 guys were sleeping, without any curtains or doors to separate them. It was truly a bad experience and couldn’t wait to leave ASAP. The pictures are totally not reflecting the reality, which is very disappointing. The toilets and shower are super dirty, needs deep cleaning. Of course, blanket was not provided for sleeping either.

“Dobry na nocleg i przechowanie bagażu”
+Lokalizacja w samym centrum, dobre wi-fi. Gospodarz czekał na nas z zameldowaniem do późnych godzin.
−Hostel prowadzony jest po linii najmniejszego oporu - dziury w ścianach i lekko zapuszczone łazienki - przydałby się gruntowny remont.

+Хостел в центрі міста. Адміністратор нас зустрів, показав де можна повечеряти. Можна залишити машину на ніч у дворі. Ми були в сімейному номері, це мабуть найкращий в них. Душ можна прийняти в більш менш нормальних умовах тільки в жіночому.
−Специфічний запах хостелу. Душові дуже брудні, крім жіночого

“Worst hostel of my life.”
+The bed was spacious and comfortable.
−There were a lot of bad things with this hostel. To begin with, the owner charged a higher price than on booking. We had also booked one female only dorm (and one mixed), but upon arrival, he said that the female only dorm was unavailable. Since the female only dorm was more expensive, we would have expected to get some kind of discount, but we didn't. Another small thing, was that you could only pay in cash, and he didn't give me 2 MDL change (not a big deal, but he didn't even ask if we wanted it). Additionally, the bathrooms were filthy. When I informed the owner that one of the bathrooms didn't have any soap, he simply showed me to the other bathroom. Furthermore, one of the showers didn't have hot water. There was also no place to store our bags at the hostel; at least no place for larger bags. The owner walked around shirtless, he got into a VERY heated argument with one of the guests. Finally, the accommodation was very unsafe. The only one working there is the owner. He sits in the reception most of the time, but not all of the time. Anyone can walk into the hostel there are no keys or key cards. There is supposedly a functioning camera in the reception, but you could still
