“The most lovely pool I've ever seen.”

+This place has a beautiful outdoor area that is cleaned daily. The pool is a major plus during hot summer days, and the sea view from our room window was like a postcard,absolutely gorgeous! We also had a view of the pool from our bathroom window. It felt a bit awkward realising it goes both ways, but I believe the glass is reflective from the outside.
−We arrived with high expectations due to the great reviews and advertised activities like yoga and cooking classes, but unfortunately, none of these took place during our stay. Additionally, there was no hot water early in the morning or late in the evening. Prospective guests should also note that Anzio is not the most walking friendly city, especially with Buba B&B location at a hill with no sidewalks on the way there. While we could have planned better and rented a car(we couldn't find any options near Anzio at the last minute), having this mentioned in the description would have been incredibly helpful. Furthermore, our welcome from the owner wasn't the warmest. At the end we still had a great time in Anzio and have no bad feelings towards Cornelia. However, we feel it is important to highlight these issues to help the property improve and to give future guests a more realistic expectation.

+Frühstück: Auswahl und Qualität waren hervorragend, der Platz im Garten mit Blick aufs Meer war fantastisch Cornelia hat uns persönlich bedient und hat uns auch den Weg zum Strand sowie zu einem geeigneten Restaurant fürs Abendessen gewiesen Garten: mit Swimmingpool und Liegen - sehr schön

+A beautiful villa. The room was spacious with an overly large terrace over looking the city and waterfront. The in ground pool was an added plus and quite refreshing on a couple hot July days.

“Eine Oase zum Erholen, einfach herrlich!”
+Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft gleicht einer Oase. Alles ist frisch und sauber. Der Pool hat uns sehr über die heißen Tage getragen. Er war erfrischend und liegt so schön unter neun schattenspendenden Pinien. Einfach herrlich. Das Zimmer hat eine gute Klimaanlage und einen wunderschönen Blick hinab auf das Meer. Das Frühstück war mit viel Liebe gemacht und serviert :) sehr lecker! Der Weg nach Anzio dauerte zu Fuß 15 Minuten. Ein hübsches kleines Städtchen am Hafen. Es gab in den Restaurants frischen Fisch und Meeresfrüchte. 🦞 Cornelia, die Inhaberin, ist sehr sympathisch und zugewandt. Sie führt das B&B voller Leidenschaft. Das spüren die Gäste. Hier und da ein schönes Gespräch oder ein freundliches Angebot der kommenden Yogastunden oder das Buchen der Strandliegen mit Schirm.
