“Modern apartments, central location, very clean”
+Very modern and spacious room, clean facilities. Close to many bars and restaurants but keep in mind otherwise there is not too much happening in Tulum city center.
−Was a bit hard to find, no 24/7 front desk service, staff was not easy to reach by message either. Suddenly at 10pm it got veeeery noisy from the bar across the street.

“Big room, big comfy bed, excellent location”
+Lovely big room with very big comfy bed. Air con was great because Tulum was very hot! Location excellent. Right round the corner from a fantastic salsa bar which was great for us as we loved going here but you can hear their music from the rooms which goes on until midnight ish but this didn’t bother us as we were there until the music finished anyway!

“Beautiful, cosy and very well located!”
+Hotel is very conveniently located in centre of Tulum downtown. It was super nice, clean, and comfortable. There is no reception but Miguel is usually around during the day if anything is needed. Also responses via booking were very quick, friendly and accommodating. Beautiful little pool and kitchen area for your own use.
−The sliding door of the bathroom was a bit difficult to operate. But that’s very minor!

“Dejlig ferie med fine værelser og lækre senge”
+Vi havde booket alle 8 værelser og havde stedet for os selv, hvilket var super dejligt. Beliggenheden er tæt på byen og i gåafstand til alt. Alle værelser havde virkelig gode senge, og køkkenet var udstyret med de mest basic ting man har brug for. Vi brugte det dejlige fællesareal ved poolen meget. Personalet som bor i bygningen var sød og hjælpsom. Vi fik gjort rent og skiftet sengetøj efter de første tre dage. Meget sikkert med aflåst port. Alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse med vores ophold.
−Der var problemer med toilettet på det ene værelse (nr. 5). Det blev fikset en del gange. Derudover var der lidt en fugtig lugt på de tre nederste værelser tæt ved poolen. Ventilatoren i loftet virkede ikke på de fleste værelser, dog virkede airconditioning uden problemer. Man skal være opmærksom på at der er høj salsamusik fra en bar tæt på hver aften.
