+Nice friendly place, nice breakfast,
−I have a estate car, the drive in ( not brynock fault) is ABIT bumpy, scrappy the bottom of car. No damage but was ABIT concerning. Single bed bit hard for me and about cold in bedroom

“Enjoyed the remote location and the breakfasts were amazing,”
+The hosts were extremely hospitable, made us a cup of tea upon arrival. The breakfasts was really nice, with homemade sausages, fresh eggs and everything cooked as we waited at the table. The home made bread was delicious! The remote location meant it was very quiet during the night, that is something we enjoyed as we are both light sleepers.
−The downside to to the remote location was the road leading up to the B&B, it was very bumpy with lots of potholes. This is not the fault of the hosts as someone else owns the road. We didn't have a choice of a double or twin room. We were shown to a twin room, which was in the eaves so had a low ceiling which made it a bit dark and there was just a small window. I bumped my head several times on the sloping roof. It was unfortunate that there was nowhere for guests to sit in a lounge in the evenings.

+A good breakfast, with some tasty meat food made locally from their farm. The owner, Rob, showed us around the places that he had built locally.
−The bedroom was fairly basic, with a very hot shower, but acceptable if you just use it in the later evening after being out for the day. Also you need to drive very carefully to arrive through a basic narrow lumpy tiny road, for about half a mile.

“Lovely People and a very nice stay.”
+Both the hosts were so much fun and very chatty, including about the local area and little bits of wonderful secrets, like not going to the fairy wood alone. We did spend some time with the hosts in the mornings for breakfast and sometimes in the early part of the evening when arriving back. The breakfasts were very nice, they both really did look after us and having that feeling that you can relax and have a chat was a very pleasant thing. Everything was explained like the shower, the breakfast times, the TV and some of the local pubs and other eating venues. We even took time out to visit the Cross Hands Cinema, watched a film. The cinema which is run by volunteers and such a lovely building to visit.
−The main thing that was not nice was nothing to do with the BnB, is the 20 mph speed limit, in Wales which can be frustrating when going up and down inclines.

“Very Hot”
+The stay was ok.
−We were told that no windows were open as the owners said that they don’t open the windows in the heat. I did try opening one of the windows as it was exceptionally hot only to find it was locked. No fan in the room to cool it down so hardly slept due to the heat although the bed was comfortable enough.
