“Ehh..”
+The front desk lady was very helpful and kind. The linens were clean even if they had old stains. No bugs at all.
−The basic maintenance wasn't kept up with. I didn't use the shower because of the moldy and hairy caulk. Every inch of caulk was disgusting and doesn't take much to replace. Holes in the walls that someone started to patch but never finished the job. The beds were saggy and lumpy.

+I loved the atmosphere. The room was very convenient. Very spacious. I felt blessed to have such kind and generous management and maintenance. They were on top of everything and had wonderful attitudes. They keep this place clean and decent and they are very professional. I would recommend this place and I would definitely stay again!

+I have nothing good to say about this place. If you recall Colonial Manor of the 90’s and early 2000’s, it’s decidedly not the same place. 0 out of 10, ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
−This place looked like a crackhead hangout and safe harbor for Megan’s Law avoiders. It isn’t a hotel, it’s a long term residence for the otherwise homeless. Cudo’s to management for keeping my cancelled reservation (100% of it) to feed the needy. This place was kept like a section 8 apartment complex with personal charcoal grills and garbage scattered everywhere. Additionally, the management and whatever else that was could have moved their hover-round further away from the office door to keep their fog of hand made cigarette smoke out of customers lungs.

“It was the worst place we have ever stayed.”
+The location and the fact that it is the only hotel in Bryan, Ohio were the reasons we chose it.
−The office was overcrowded with "junk". The "breakfast" was a cereal with a couple of oranges on a dirty counter in the overcrowded office. The rooms were in terrible shape. The linoleum floors had duct tape where the linoleum was pulling up...two places in our room. The window frames were rotting away. The floor felt tacky to walk on. I looked under the sink to see if there was a hairdryer, and it was filthy dirty down there. There were several men sitting outside our rooms when we got there. They eventually moved but did not inspire confidence in the safety of the place.

+The location was perfect for going to a concert in the park and for going downtown to the Spangler Candy tour. I liked the large room with lots of electrical plugs.
−Where do I start? Luckily I had read another review and found out that you have to check in by 8pm or give a credit card number to secure your room if you are arriving later. If you aren’t there by 8, the door will be locked and no one there. I had read previous reviews and they were mixed reviews. I didn’t think it would be that bad. All I can say is…bring your own mop and cleaning supplies. Luckily my wife had packed Lysol wipes, and Lysol Spray. Thank God she plans ahead when we travel and brings these basic supplies to clean the tv remote and tables, but this time, she put in a full shift and scrubbed the whole place from top to bottom because it was too late to go anywhere else. The refrigerator was even gross. We went to dollar general and bought some foam spray for the shower and the curtain was disgusting with mildew especially at the bottom. There was hair at the bottom of the drain and I had to personally clean it out. The whole place stunk like urine and dust before she did the complete clean up. +Convient to our travels
−The bed is 6 in off floor and so is couch. Pillows are so thin that folded over 4 times still not comfortable. Furniture was thrown from Goodwill. Probably the last time staying here.

−light over bathroom sink did not work. Did not have cups in room. rea around shower need work. Could not adjust speed of ceiling fan but was nice to have one in the room.
