“I have stayed in worse generally I look for budget accommodation as I pass on costs to my customers.”
+Location was great close to where I was working
−A bit rough and poor quality renovation but can’t expect much for the price. Someone was seriously assaulted on the property whilst staying which lead to a crime scene lots of police but that can happen anywhere. Appears to have a lot of long term stayers living on the property.

“I would never stay here again.”
+The location was good. That’s about it
−The aircon did not work, fridge was not plugged in, bed old and uncomfortable, dirty rooms, toilet did not flush properly. Shower head sprayed water everywhere. No security mashes on windows, not enough space for parking, door did not lock properly.

+It was tidy. Sheets were clean. The kitchen & bathroom had everything needed. It was a walk away from supermarket and mall.
−No hot water at all!!! Beds were very uncomfortable. Bedding blankets, pillows were dirty and smelt very unclean. Customer service was very poor!!!

“Horrible, dirty & stinky!”
+We loved the location that was it!!!
−Where do I start....... The place looks NOTHING like the photos!!! The photos listed on booking.com must be old because in NO way was it nice..... the main bed was uncomfortable, it had a funky smell along with the sheets. The spare blankets that the kids pulled out to use were covered with blood spots and blood marks, under the beds (that were on wheels) was putrid and dirty! The fold out couch was torn, the kitchen cupboards STUNK! They had dishes & cutlery that were dirty upon pulling them out, there was mould and gunk around the flooring, the cupboards had food and whatever else down them, we woke up after day 2 (check out) and there was water EVERYWHERE in the kitchen from the fridge! As soon as you opened the cupboards in the kitchen you were taken back by the smell of old water logged mouldy cupboards. The bathroom was even worse mould in the shower, the vanity had clearly seen better days as it was all rotted and lifting, the bottom of the toilet on the floor was caked that thick with who knows most likely urine 🤢🤢 the water pressure washing non existent, and when having a shower the unit above would play with the water which made the pressure even more worse and the wate
