“Bad experience”
+Location close to metro
−There is a 5 bedroom apartment, I didn’t know this based of the booking description. In one of the toilets there were poop stains, so the people stating there don’t care the bathroom is shared, and the other toilet was dirty too. The landlord was not so responsive, it took me 5 calls and 20 minutes of waiting to get the access link that was supposed to be sent in “2 minutes”.

“Good location, complicated lock systems”
+Clean, big space, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff
−The first inconvenience is the complicated lock systems for doors. They are time consuming, with different things to remember giving us anxiety while taking our time during the travel. We only stayed there for 1 night, so it doesn’t feel worth it to go through all the trouble. We’re familiar with digital locks and link clicking to unlock doors in Italy. I would suggest the property to simplify their locking systems if possible. Another thing that we don’t like is separate bathroom/toilet from our bedroom. We need to bring everything we need back and forth from our room, including hand towel, toothbrush, etc. again, time consuming. This is not what the property can change though. They at least have 2 bathrooms so that’s good. Last thing to note, no reception on site but then you have to contact someone to let you in the building for the first time, going through the lock instructions. So have your Whatsapp ready. We unintentionally visited Milan on Design Week, so the room cost was very steep, hopefully it’s better at other times, but I know Milan overall is quite pricey.

−Овербукинг, про который сообщили в день прилета. В итоге: деньги сняли, жилье не предоставлено...мы с ребенком в ночи были вынуждены искать новый отель...не рекомендую связываться с этим, чтобы не остаться в последний момент без жилья.

+Muy limpio y cómodo a pesar de compartir baño. Ubicación excelente.
−Se escucha siempre que entra y sale alguien al departamento o cuartos. Puede ser molesto en la madrugada si tienes sueño ligero.

+Wcześniejszy dostęp do wynajmowanego pokoju, dzięki czemu mogłyśmy zostawić rzeczy chwilę odpocząć i wyruszyć na zwiedzanie. Czyste wspólne łazienki, sprzątane codziennie. Klimatyzacja, ręczniki, lodówka, kubki dostępne w pokoju. Spokojna okolica, pomocny dozorca na obiekcie, blisko do dworca centralnego ok. 10 min na nogach, w okolicy Bosco Verticale. Komunikacja metrem, tramwajem bezproblemowa, blisko przystanki.
−Śniadania nie było w obiekcie, fajnie gdyby w pokoju była również ekspres i kawa/herbata.
