“Awesome. I'd go there again!”
+The fact that it is close to the visa offices and pretty much central most places i.e local mall, tennis court etc
−Not much really I can't complain about anything there

+Location very good. Clean room, linen and towels. Spacious room with balcony. Secured parking across the street. Friendly welcoming and helpful security officer.
−The place looked a bit 'abandoned' and I did not see any other guests. No breakfast included. Limited TV stations, small screen for such a big room. Water leak marks in the cupboard - from the bathroom on the other side of the wall. Place may have been very nice a few years back, but it now looks as if in dire need for renovation & upgrade. I selected the venue because of its proximity to the VFS. However, I may have received more value for money if I stayed at one of the guesthouses in the vicinity. The rate is too high for what is offered at this stage.

+Not a lot to say, but the place was good value for money. It was also perfect located for the visa office.

“Disappointed”
+Large room, comfortable bed.
−No restaurant as advertised. No breakfast available. These options no longer exist. At night area very dark on arrival. Guests talk in corridor and no acoustic protection. No lift so be prepared if you have luggage.

“Loved the friendly staff.”
+Breakfast was excellent. Big variety to choose from.
−There was no hot water for showering or to bath. There were 3 of us yet, there were only 2 sachets of coffee and 1 tea bag.

“The staff was above average, the location was closer to VFS, for our visa.”
+Breakfast was good, meets expectation. A good smile from our granny receptionist was lovely. She was very KIND. Kitchen staff some are good and some are not that welcome to me.
−The room was promised to be airconditioned, but 1 room was not having an aircon and hence was cold and could not sleep comfortably. There was some cleanliness issue from the previous occupants- which I could only notify after my single night stay for which I have booked.
