“The bathroom was cold but everything would have been fine but for the intrusive and patronising end”
+It’s just that we left a day early as the cleaning lady came in , cleared all our things away, took away all our leftovers we saved for feeding the birds, rearranged my daughters toys, left a huge bundle of towels in the cupboards….. I’m neurodivergent and my daughter was very distraught. Specifically, we said we don’t need a clean as we were leaving the next morning. We felt so shocked and distraught that we called the police who are awaiting a report. The host came and knocked to say “it was very messy!” And mentioned the “open food”. That was all taken away and some chocolate pancakes that were open were left behind… The hostess later said the cleaning lady must not have understood what I said about not needing a clean as we were leaving the next morning. I said it was unprofessional and that we were very upset. The price in for that room was £110and the extra cash I paid was £60. Altogether I’m owed £140. I’d be delighted if this is refunded to me!
−Common decency.

+Room was clean and functional. Host was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to help us with the tube. We did have a shared bathroom but this wasn't a problem for us as we knew when we booked it. . Really great location for getting into London.
