+The property was clean and very presentable. It was very spacious and we enjoyed the check in process.
−So we stayed in room 6, the double bed by the tv, myself and my children had all hit our legs on the ends of the bed that overlap leaving us with scratches and very big bruises. Maybe a change of bed where you can’t walk into the overlaps would be beneficial here. There was no hand wash in the bathroom which I feel is a necessity. Hand hygiene after toilet use is essential. I do think a small kettle and a tray of tea bags, sugar and coffee, and biscuits would have completed this room. Especially as going down to the kitchenette everything was already gone and it wasn’t topped up over the weekend at all and no one around to ask either. Having said all this the hotel itself is wonderful and I really would stay here again.

“Cheap cheerful and close to the beach 🥰”
+Was very close to the promenade making all outings much easier. Kitchen was easy accessible and had what we needed
−It wasn’t extremely dirty but there was just wee bits that could have had another clean

−There didn't seem to be any keys to open locked windows also parking is advertised with stay but not always available, had to pay to park quite a few streets away,also on checking out day someone from the hotel next door had blocked our car in.(not this hotel's fault I know just highlighting the parking situation)

“Great stay cleans tidy”
+It was close to everything and clean and tidy. We all loved it my wife and two doggies did too. Great walks for the dogs.

+Self check in, perfect for people who dont get there in the day time. My daughter was poorly (sick) so we left a day early i messaged and told them id stripped the bed and to expect a towel was dirty & the staffs reply was so lovely, caring. My dog was very much barking at the people coming in late and through the night-again I apologised on the message & the staffs reply was lovely. The rooms are just right, very cute & it was perfect for me my daughter & my pooch. We had a lovely stay. The kitchen being there for anyone to use at any time was also a good thing.

+We didnt see no one in the hotel, no staff and no cleaners come we was there for 7 days with the same bedding, we had no working shower in our room which they did give us access to another room for which we was grateful but still no sign of any staff

“Disappointing”
+Location was nice and easy to find parking
−Wasn't a very welcoming place to be honest and no staff around at all at any time. Room and bathroom were tiny could barely walk in them with 2 people in it and no where to put your luggage. Our room ended up with alot of water leaking from upstairs and spoke to another person staying there who were also having endless problems with their room and shower. We got moved to another room however after paying extra for a twin room as travelling with a friend to then end up in a room with a double bed was annoying. The beds were so uncomfortable, I understand you get what you pay for but I've stayed in a number of cheapish hotels in Blackpool and have never slept on mattresses quite like that before. I'm glad we only stayed 3 nights as I don't think we could have handled a full week stay like we usually do when we come to Blackpool.
