“We always stay here in Bristol”
+We have stayed at Bristol Suites many times and I think our suite was the cleanest and best equipped we've ever had. There is no breakfast but Snap's restaurant across the street has a full breakfast menu with wonderful daily specials.
−I wish all of their suites had king beds but that's just because I'm a less than flexible senior citizen.

“Could be so much better with just new mattress and pillows”
+Central to where we needed to be
−The beds and pillows were really uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep for two nights which totally spoilt our whole experience. Also very steep stairs to climb to get to our room with suitcases, and no parking available on the 2nd night so had to park in the street and get up early to move the car.

+The room was clean and had everything we needed. They let me check in an hour early and I really appreciated that.
−We were on the 3rd floor and I saw nothing in the description about it not being handicap accessible. There was no elevator and I really struggled with the stairs. The steps are not deep and there were 3 flights to climb up and down. I have MS and really struggled with that. Also, the couch was uncomfortable and sinks deep. I'm pretty sure a piece of plywood under the cushions would help a lot.

“We'd stay here again!”
+Easy check-in; very big room; quiet and close to convenient restaurants; fridge and coffeemaker; a nice sitting/reading area; also, though we didn't use it, a washer and dryer in the building.

“Bristol Suites provided a great, comfortable, and quaint stay for three people.”
+The separate bedrooms and space of the rooms. The open kitchen was a benefit.
−It’s our bad for not checking, but no elevator made it hard for our mother. That’s our lesson to learn to check before booking next time. 😀

+Great location, cute and spacious suite. Adorable gift shop
−Squeaky floors, a little musty smell in suite- went away with fan and open window
