“Nice, clean, great location, but parking is a challenge.”
+Instructions for check in were clear, the property was prepared well, clean. There was everything needed in the room. Great location in the middle of Kapana.
−Parking is the main issue. In the description of the property it's mentioned: The property offers two parking spaces, in front of the reception and a surcharge applies. Reservation is required. I couldn't reserve that, so we had to pull the suite cases from a long distance. If I knew that, I wouldn't book it at all.

+Very good location ,in the heart of the city,in Kapana district. It is very close to the attractions and 2 minutes walking distance from restaurants and bars Very good communication with the host.
−There are 2 parking places in front of the hotel,but you have to make a reservation. We forgot about that and parking could be a problem in the area,especially in a weekend The host helped us find a solution

“We keep coming back!”
+WE LOVED THIS PLACE SO MUCH WE CAME BACK AGAIN IN THE SAME HOLIDAY! Check out my earlier review here from early August. The apartments are spotless, the twoels and pillow cases are even embossed, so much care and love goes into the upkeep of these apartments, you're right at the start of Kapana, so everything from restaurants and the old town are just a few steps away. Dimitar is second to none, his communication is really prompt and warm and friendly and you really see and experience that he loves his job and cares. Would highly recommend staying here. Top notch

“The perfect, spacious home in the most fantastic location”
+The location was second to none. You’re right at the start of Kapana which is an absolutely spectacular area full of restaurants and little bars and cocktail bars all newly renovated and bustling with life in the evenings. The apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The host even worked on his day off to help us as we arrived later than the normal check in times. Don’t hesitate to book this place if it’s available. You can do everything by foot, the old town, the center of Plovdiv (if you’re interested) as well as all of the seven hills, each one being very different and all offering stunning views after challenging climbs in the hot weather. Plovdiv is beautiful- it’s like going back in a time capsule.

+Чист и удобен апартамент, много близо до Капана. Достатъчно широк за семейство с две деца - на 6 и 2 годинки. Като удобства мога да посоча възможността за резервиране на паркомясто (с доплащане, но поносимо), също и рецепция, на която те посреща любезен служител на място. Кърпи и тоалетни консумативи се подменят всеки ден при нужда, а също и боклукът се изхвърля. За пример, чистачката беше видяла, че сме с деца и беше изчакала да мине 16:00 ч. преди да позвъни на вратата и да попита от какво имаме нужда и да се погрижи за боклука, за да не ги събуди.
−Единственото неудобство беше, че апартаментът се намира на 4-ти етаж, а няма асансьор. Но разбира се, това не е чак такъв проблем.

“Перфектно апартаментче на перфектно място с перфектна тераса”
+Перфектна локация в най-хубавата и оживена част на града, пълна с невероятни заведения на открито, а в същото време в жилището е изключително тихо и спокойно. Чистота, уют, просторно и оборудвано с всички необходими уреди. Невероятна тераса към вътрешния двор. Препоръчвам и със сигурност ще посетя отново.
−Мисля че трябва да се поднови душа в банята, но това е нещо незначително.

“Konum çok iyi. Çalışanlar ilgili”
+Tesisin konumu çok iyi. Biraz küçüktü ama temizdi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca, faturamızı hemen verdiler. Saat 11'de odayı boşalttık ama şehirden ayrılana kadar valizlerimizin tesiste kalmasına izin verdiler.

“Consiglio questa struttura.”
+La casa era pulita e in ordine. Il host si è dimostrato molto disponibile e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. La posizione dell’appartamento è eccellente, si trova esattamente nel cuore del centro in uno dei quartieri più belli della città.
−Un difetto grande è il fatto che non c’è ascensore, il nostro appartamento era terzo piano ed è stato faticoso portare tutti i bagagli. Un altro difetto è la mancanza del parcheggio, ma il host è stato gentilissimo e ci ha indicato un parcheggio molto economico a 10 min di distanza in macchina e 15 min a piedi.
