“Breaking Dawn bad experience”
+We had a hood night's rest Bedding was clean and room was clean
−When we arrived we were immediately informed about issues regarding booking payments not showing. I had to show email confirmation and waited outside for approximately half an hour while phone calls were made. I then desperate said we needed a place to sleep and offered R500 which was accepted. Only then we were taken to our room. The toilet seat was broken, toilet leaking. Electrical cords to plug in cellphones were lying on the ground. It was not a private room we had to walk through a huge kitchen and lounge to go the room. No kettle in the room...there was tea, coffee etc. But we had a good night's sleep at least. We will never stay there again.

“horrible. not to be repeated”
−we were oversold on booking.com - and when we got there - there was no wifi or tv - although the advert said there was. We had to complain to get moved to a better room. Definitely will not return.

“Reasonable for quick overnight stay but some maintenance required.”
−Smoke from smokers on the patio blew into windows and there appeared to be no area outside the rooms that was smoke free zone that we could enjoy our own cooked food. It is apparent that the bnb is s a little run down although this did not concern us.

“This was a good place to "recharge" before the rest of the journey”
+Unfortunately, the cook died, so there was no breakfast provided However, our stay was pleasing, and it was clean
−The fan could have been better (it was very noisy) The bunk beds were creaky and did not feel very sturdy You had to flush the toilet at least twice for waste to go down

+For just a one night overstay it is fine. Clean but basic. Very friendly staff.
−No air conditioners. Curtains didn’t block out light.

“Did not meet my standards and will unfortunately not be back.”
+It was pet friendly. The linen and towels were fresh and clean.
−No kettle, microwave had no ground wire connected which could be dangerous. Bedside lamps wires were exposed. Bathroom light very dim and window could not open. Paintwork peeling. Some tiles were missing from the wall. All the notices in the room make you feel like a staff member and not a guest.
