−Overall, our stay was okay, but I believe there is significant room for improvement in customer service. The staff would benefit from more training on how to communicate with guests in a professional and welcoming manner. We experienced some difficulties during check-in. Thankfully, the issue was resolved by moving us to a different room, although it came at a higher rate. We appreciate that a solution was found, and fortunately we were able to manage the additional cost. Another disappointing experience was at the restaurant. I asked about the “Brand Soup” listed on the menu, but the waiter told me she didn’t know what it was and simply suggested I choose a different soup instead. That was quite surprising and disappointing, as staff should be familiar with the menu they are serving. I also noticed that the waiter spoke so quietly that it was difficult for us to hear and understand her. Clear, confident communication with all guests is an important part of professional customer service. I hope this feedback is taken positively, as improving customer service would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

+Super clean hotel, good value for money
−Check location carefully if your visits in Dodoma close to city center, around 20 to 25 mins to city center However, still first choice for me based on facilities and room cleanliness.
