“Disappointed and overcharged + too many polite instruction signs!”
+Great location relative to the Dandenong villages
−Entry down side of property… long soft gravel surface with overhanging ferns and cobwebs hanging. Lovely property but booked a family suite… had 3 bedrooms with x2 king beds and x2 bunk beds, bed was comfortable. There’s a dining room with table and chairs and a small kitchen with biscuits, bread and some condiments snack packs. This was the only sitting area but no heating so the majority of the property was cold. The only heating was in the bedrooms. The most disappointing point was that for a family suite the listing is lacking a lounge area and it would be unsuitable for a family stay. Due to family circumstances, It turned out that there was just two of us staying in the end. It’s difficult to give a positive assessment as this booking is, in our opinion not suitable for a long stay or for more than 2 people.

+It was very close to the wedding venue that we were attending
−Old out dated. Just smelt like it needed a freshener up

+A beautiful homey stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find the attention to detail this place offered. We had all the comfort you would expect in a B&B and more! Like complimentary cans of soft drinks, mini chips, pretzels, biscuits and snacks on offer. The property has a gorgeous garden that was really nice to sit and listen to the birds in.
