“Wonderful staff, location and restaurant”
+It is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Stunning views!
−Could not transport people to the room. Some rooms are a significant hike uphill to get to. And after many days of travel, hiking, and walking it would be nice to not have to walk uphill multiple times to get to your room. Not a huge complaint, just a nice suggestion.

“Lovely”
+Restaurant and bar were amazing.
−Felt like for price and quality of other areas. Hotel could have provided umbrellas in rooms and more drying space for wet weather.

“Very overpriced”
−Staff at reception need more training, very poor welcome . When key was handed in there was not even a “good morning “ or “did you sleep well “ key was taken back in silence . For £518 price you should expect at least a bottle of wine and better selection of tea/coffee and biscuits . Not at all a luxury experience .

“If you are seeking a good breakfast to start the day and a central location to then head out and explore then this place”
+Great views , staff were great, breakfast was a good portion, and the main building was a pleasure to sit in and enjoy.
−The rooms are just too small for international travellers with multiple bags, the bathroom is tight, limited storage and not enough hooks to hang wet gear or towels.
